Basically it depends on your intrest of branch, if you don't have any particular intrest in any branch then you could prefer Mnc at NIT H .

1)come to Delhi ->Direct bus to hamirpur/train to una(3hrs from NIT last train station) then bus.
2)or direct bus from Chandigarh
