Brutal is a good rune to with first strike, scorch and cheap shot, just because the initial first strike you land does so much more damage even at level 1, by level 3 you can already farm so much gold and set up an easy snowball
Karma, first strike, 1/3 stacks... 3rd skill to run in... second skill on the first thing that moves, 3/3first skill In his fact, ult behind him, meteor as you walk away... wait for cd of 1st skill 3/3 to recharge.. gg 😉
