स्टाफ अजिबात व्यवस्थीत माहीती देत नाही
जाण्याच्या रसत्यात अजीबात होर्डिंग्ज नाही
आणी याकींमतीत मगरपट्टाला रेडी पझेशन मिळतो
प्लेटच्या कींमती अत्यंत जास्त आहे

The best way is to talk to the families owning the flat and living for few years give you absolutely correct information not tenant.
Avoid Sales person and Agents.
I met several families pointing the same issue so I cancelled .
