Nice job! Other than that, this is not the Granville CBD. The "CBD" is basically South Street on the other side of the railway track. This is a recent high rise development by a Chinese firm to accommodate largely Asian immigrants. A few small business for the needs of the residents, such as a small supermarket, butcher and a coffee shop can also be found there.
