I really love the structure of your videos, best so far that I have seen for board game reviews. Showing how the game works, who would like it, pros and cons clearly separated, replayability and alternatives. Couldn't wish for anything else. And it's not ranting, you guys have great chemistry!
You guys cracked me up in this video and you helped sell the game. I decided to go ahead and purchase from another BGG user, even though I had hesitated a little bit as it did look big and complicated a little bit. Which isn’t necessarily my thing. But this looks like one I would be willing to put in the effort to do! I’ve been wanting a really good pirate game I could play solo, next choice that I own is Rum and Bones and I need at least two players for that but I’m not sure my young kids are up for it yet! Anyway, thanks as always for the great content.
Great review format. This is one of my favorite games of all time…can’t decide between this and Western Legends. Both are epic interactive unique experiences. The Saga 1, 2 and Seadogs expansions from first Kickstarter will make the honeymoon seem like a lifetime. Can’t wait for Saga 3!

The rules overhead and combat feeling lackluster are the only things that hurt this game for me, but they are minor negatives. I really enjoy this game and the card crafting!
Great review again! Agreed with the verdict, the game has some minor flaws/downsides which keeps it from being in the absolute top tier category for me, but it is a really well designed game and the production value certainly doesn't hurt. I'm hoping to get this one to the table again soon!
You should provide some resources on how we can get these games that were KS exclusives! Been dying to find this but I swear it's not anywhere other than eBay. Love watching your thoughts guys!

I love the clear cards on Gloom, it's a fun component that I'm glad to see other games use as well!
Dead Reckoning uses see-through cards perfectly. It's not just a cool thing to have, but its built into the game mechanics and feels great.

They did mention that there is another crowd funding campaign coming up for Dead Reckoning in August.
