Các quốc gia Bắc Âu có phúc lợi khá tốt. Nghe bạn nói về IT thật tuyệt vời. Mình nghĩ ở Việt Nam chắc không có công ty nào cung cấp các phúc lợi như vậy đâu. Hãy còn ở rất rất xa.

IT nói chung hay software/hardware developer thì cũng thuộc engineering nên tiếng Việt vẫn gọi là kỹ sư. Những công ty IT nước ngoài (đa phần từ US/EU) tại VN đều có benefit package như vậy

Vietnamese people in Oslo from first generation, have a really good eye for business. So they have big restaurants and some even work in IT. In the small cities, people work different labor work, so it depends :)
Second generation like myself, we do all kind of jobs, some accountant, IT, service industry, dentist, doctor etc. So it depends on interest :)

Thanks for the feedback. I have meet two IT seniors and they are so good at their work that the company doesnt want them to quit after pensions are starting.
Pension age starts at 65 here in Norway, but the seniors can work part time as part of their pension plan and they are more than welcome to continue working because their are so knowledgeable :)

Hey, at the moment there is a big need for IT people in Norway, there is not enough people at the market so sometimes we have to outsource to find talented people.
But it might die down in a few 5-10 years, because at the uni schools tech is very in focus right now. Hope this helps :)
