Chuck was good at point karate and choreographed movie fights, but he never stepped into the ring. So it's unclear whether he was a tough guy or not. Joe Lewis was a tough guy. Bill Wallace was a tough guy. Jean Yves Theriault was a tough guy. They proved it in the ring. Chuck Norris? He played a tough guy on TV, just like Bruce Lee. You might just as well believe that George Clooney is a gifted surgeon because he played one on ER. But I'm not letting George Clooney anywhere near me with a scalpel. Chuck could have fought in the ring, but he had little to gain and much to lose, and people believe what they see on TV, even though it's scripted and choreographed. People believe that Donald Trump is a smart businessman because that's what The Apprentice show wanted you to believe. But it's all smoke and mirrors.

Es gibt aber ein Video das Bill Wallace, der übrigens als mehrfacher Weltmeister ungeschlagen abgetreten ist, mit Chuck Norris im Ring kämpft und dabi nicht wirklich gut aussieht. Im Film, als Chuck norris der Polizist war und Bill Wallace der Bösewicht, hat Chuck Norris natürlich gewonnen. Im Film können Menschen, wie Iron Man auch fliegen, in der Realität wohl nicht.
