Hello Paaris I'm not sure if that's the name I should call you. Anyways I have a question regarding the research "conflict of interest". During COVID I've seen many pharmaceutical companies have published many 'peer reviewed ' research paper and the researchers were actually employee of those companies. Even then the authors have declared "no conflict of interest". How can that be possible? To me it seems direct conflict of interest. What's your take on that?

Hey Sharma, thank you for tunning in here. Being a language& Literature student, I don't find myself an appropriate person to comment on this situation with my humble knowledge over the topic. However, I'd like to share that "peer review research" is not the focus here. Its about the journal, their quality standards i.e. desk rejection rates, impact factor and number of issues. Journals with limited/low scope can publish low-quality research. Being an employee to the organization isn't something to consider here.
