I cut my fish in half when the fillets are that long, they fry better in the skilit too, I love fish too

Fish looks good. We love fish, if I may suggest dipping the fish in flour first and then in egg. It doesn't come out crunchy but a lot moister and takes a lot less oil in the frying pan.

It was crunchy on the out side then in soft in side I have never ate this fish before whiting fish.
