Jen I’m a total procrastinator, with or without toddlers and babies. I started to feel good when you said you wouldn’t be able to get so much done if your kids were still super young, but then I’ve been married for long before the kids arrived and I was still sitting around twiddling my toes :) I truly appreciate the effort you put into every video, taking the time to list out recipes, links and even adding so many details in your voice overs. I haven’t seen a single other UA-camr I watch take the trouble, and this along with your honesty, relatability and sheer commitment is going to get you a million+ subscribers very soon I’m positive. The tooth fairy, Santa, Easter bunny etc stuff is SO FUN! Nobody tells you that it's more fun as a parent than it was as a kid. We're so in love with it, our tooth fairy even comes if kids have a good dental cleaning (my son is 5, so that's if he lets them do 100% of the appointment). For cleaning, she usually leaves a small present. So fun!

We're still staying at home entirely except for grocery pickups. My husband is working from home until his bosses decide to open their offices back up, so we're doing all we can to do our part ❤️ thanks for being a part of the workers who are essential and actively trying to help the situation ❤️

Now I’m just watching one child since the pandemic started and finding a new balance with my two daughters (2 and 5) and one baby girl on the way at the end of summer! I am working from home full time.. Dallas area in Texas, we are horrible in COVID numbers. I wanted to say I have found getting ready before work is key to motivation. I have also found that meal prepping my snacks and lunch is the only way to go as well... otherwise I snack poorly and sometimes missed lunch bc I didn’t have time to fix something or didn’t want to. I also find color blocking on my calendar along with the time constraints help... meaning on my work calendar I will add a couple of time slots and color coded for personal tasks ... kind of like a break. But I lock my computer and get up and then go do 1 thing dedicated for that time on my personal to do list. So I’ll wash fruits/veggies... or load of laundry... or I dedicate 20 minutes to picking up or vacuuming. These tips have helped me stay on top of work life and home life.... thanks Jen for all your tips and motivation!!! You are a part of my personal time today as I washed my lettuce and put it away for the week!!!!
I agree about the air pod. Just have the regular ones too and they make cleaning and other chores seem like less work because I can listen to whatever I want while working and everyone else can watch tv or whatever they want also.

My family and I live in Phoenix, Az. We are being quarantined now because we all have been infected. Watching my 2 year old son fight the virus was the hardest. He was shaking and burning up. He wouldnt eat for two days. I loss my sense of smell and taste but slowly getting that back. Can smell hints of things and can taste finally. My husband is having a rough go. I felt better after a week and he is still feeling congested and drained. My son is better now. We social distance, we wear mask but my office never went to work from home until I got infected. I was patient zero. I'm glad they finally went to work from home. We had the technology but they didnt want to "herd wild cats" were their exact words I'm actually happy I got it because it taught them a very valuable lesson.

As for us in NY we are doing well considering how bad it had been. I hope it continues that way. I. work in a school so no work for me till September ... hopefully!! I’m in Texas I was still going in with the exception of 1 work from home day. But since cases here in Texas have increased quite a bit more I’m WFH probably until the end of the year. Getting up & getting ready definitely makes me more productive. If I stay I’m my jammies I’ll just want to sit on UA-cam! 😁

Hi there! Here in New Jersey we are still very limited in any activities and our numbers are also on the rise again. My job in the hospital requires me to be on site, so it’s up at 4:15am 5 days a week. I have found, even on the weekends, it makes me so much more productive when I get dressed, do my makeup, and I am an earring girl too! It just makes me happy! Thank you for continuing to make your wonderful videos!

I always work in chunks of time. I’m retired and can’t work for hours so I realized that several chunks of time gets the work done. In between work segments, I watch UA-cam videos. Murphy is so cute.
One reason I really love you channel is that we are both from Iowa, so when you grocery shop I have access to the same stores and ingredients. I like the rural Iowa representation!

If you like avocados you have to try a plain bagel or an everything bagel with avocado mash and you can put whatever kind of spices you like in the mash and then add a sunny side up egg or a boiled egg and some bacon too ! It’s so yummy and such a filling breakfast or lunch
I really loved the top down view when you were cleaning your countertops! I'm a sort of full time working mom as I work in an elementary school and have the same hours as my kids. Although, I've been home since March. So my house is very clean and I think I've decluttered every last inch of it.
Way back you got me started on meal prep and I do it every week now. I do a lot of breakfast meal prep for me in the mornings and I love getting ready and already having breakfast done for me. Pop it in the microwave and I’m done ✅ I boil eggs every week and I can’t believe how much time it has saved me to in cooking. Just to eat for breakfast or to have them ready for salads and other meals. Thanks for always giving us helpful tips, ideas. I can’t wait to see that watermelon salsa recipe! Hey Jen, just some make up pointers for you (even though you probably don’t want it it’s nice to share 🤣) when you put your foundation on you should dab the sponge on your face rather than rub and if you’re going to put your concealer on with your finger do it with your ring finger as it’s more gentle and won’t tug at your delicate skin around your eyes 😊😊 love you and your videos 😘😘😘
I had to make sure I came home, worked out, and had my dinner heated up before I started watching your video tonight. I live for the Murphy cameos and the point of view that you record from. Can't decide if I want to watch the newest one tonight or save it for when I get home tomorrow and wind down. I'm from Alabama and unfortunately we're a hotspot. Everybody is doing what they want and complaining about having to wear masks after our mayor made an executive order in my city. The plan is to go ahead with school reopening in a month but parents have the option to do virtual learning. I still go to the office every day but we have daily temp checks and masks are required unless we're in our cubicles. I stay sane by getting outside at lunch if I can.
I don’t know if this is ever been mentioned before, but have you tried packing their lunches as if they were going to school but just eat them at home? I do that for my kids and it’s something they actually enjoy and look forward to. It also helps me since I’m working from home, and often have meetings around lunchtime. It’s easy for me to pull them out and give them to them without stressing. :-)

Omg i love the rice cakes. I put peanut butter on it or I will spread cottage cheese on it with strawberries and honey or vanilla Greek yogurt with pb2 chocolate flavor and dip the rice cake in. Its yummy

Hi Jen. I am still quarantining. I have a lung disease that keeps me on oxygen 24/7, so I haven't been in a store or anywhere except my vehicle since before this whole virus started. I miss my family, but I know it's how I have to live to be safe right now. Maybe that's why I enjoy watching you and the rest of my UA-cam "girls" so much. It feels very much like visiting you all. I am so thankful for all of you who do videos and entertain me. I adore you and never miss your videos. No secret that I also adore your Connor as well. We don't see as much of Kiera, but she's a sweetie for sure. I was one who sent her a birthday card because I felt so bad that she was banished from having a real party this year. Our machine is two years old and is starting to make weird noises sometimes. Thinking of buying a new one. I made myself a cold brew when I got home from work at 8:15 last night. I’m still working from home. I miss the office sometimes. Our numbers are rising and school starts soon so we are nervous about the future. We get out a little bit for sanity but mainly to outdoor spaces or to stores during less busy times. I’m over it.

I love that foundation bit I use the matte one since I have oily skin. Maybelline is one the best drugstore make-up! I use them wet and wild and occasionally Milani. And mascara from loreal

Hey Jen! We’ve been doing okay. My husband worked from home the whole quarantine (since March?) but now he’s back part-time (part time at home). We love it! Other than that, we go to the grocery store but no where that we don’t have to. Even wearing a mask it’s not 100% safe. Just got word yesterday the kids will start school late (usually start 8/3, but now 8/17), and all kids will start the school year through online learning. After Fall I guess they’ll switch to the half in-person, half online schedule if people want? Anyway, your long videos are my favorite! We appreciate all you do! 💕
I have worked from home for years now. I don’t like own my own business but work for a company that has a very large work from home base - so the working from home is normal. But when we took our 19 month old out of daycare for a few months that was insanely hard. We are now on 119 days of social distancing and staying home as much as possible and honestly the hardest part is I have not seen friends or family in that time outside of my mom. None of us live in the same area so traveling to see each other while cases still climb in certain areas doesn’t seem like the greatest. THANKFULLY my best friend and her twins have also been social distancing as much as possible so we have a family vacation planned with them at the end of august where we rented a house so we can all just get outside of our houses.
I have been staying home since right before all this happened. I'm disabled and high risk so the hubs goes out for us. That soup is amazing. 😊 i have made it before myself and i actually perfer mine over olive garden. I find they tend to give more broth then ingredients. I totally know about gumbys pizza. Here in Michigan we used to have one open in east Lansing right by msu. But it is no longer open. Anyway love your channel love ya girl.😉

Hi there! Here in New Jersey we are still very limited in any activities and our numbers are also on the rise again. My job in the hospital requires me to be on site, so it’s up at 4:15am 5 days a week. I have found, even on the weekends, it makes me so much more productive when I get dressed, do my makeup, and I am an earring girl too! It just makes me happy! Thank you for continuing to make your wonderful videos!

I always work in chunks of time. I’m retired and can’t work for hours so I realized that several chunks of time gets the work done. In between work segments, I watch UA-cam videos. Murphy is so cute.
One reason I really love you channel is that we are both from Iowa, so when you grocery shop I have access to the same stores and ingredients. I like the rural Iowa representation!

If you like avocados you have to try a plain bagel or an everything bagel with avocado mash and you can put whatever kind of spices you like in the mash and then add a sunny side up egg or a boiled egg and some bacon too ! It’s so yummy and such a filling breakfast or lunch
I really loved the top down view when you were cleaning your countertops! I'm a sort of full time working mom as I work in an elementary school and have the same hours as my kids. Although, I've been home since March. So my house is very clean and I think I've decluttered every last inch of it.

Way back you got me started on meal prep and I do it every week now. I do a lot of breakfast meal prep for me in the mornings and I love getting ready and already having breakfast done for me. Pop it in the microwave and I’m done ✅ I boil eggs every week and I can’t believe how much time it has saved me to in cooking. Just to eat for breakfast or to have them ready for salads and other meals. Thanks for always giving us helpful tips, ideas. I can’t wait to see that watermelon salsa recipe! Hey Jen, just some make up pointers for you (even though you probably don’t want it it’s nice to share 🤣) when you put your foundation on you should dab the sponge on your face rather than rub and if you’re going to put your concealer on with your finger do it with your ring finger as it’s more gentle and won’t tug at your delicate skin around your eyes 😊😊 love you and your videos 😘😘😘

I had to make sure I came home, worked out, and had my dinner heated up before I started watching your video tonight. I live for the Murphy cameos and the point of view that you record from. Can't decide if I want to watch the newest one tonight or save it for when I get home tomorrow and wind down.
I'm from Alabama and unfortunately we're a hotspot. Everybody is doing what they want and complaining about having to wear masks after our mayor made an executive order in my city. The plan is to go ahead with school reopening in a month but parents have the option to do virtual learning. I still go to the office every day but we have daily temp checks and masks are required unless we're in our cubicles. I stay sane by getting outside at lunch if I can.
I don’t know if this is ever been mentioned before, but have you tried packing their lunches as if they were going to school but just eat them at home? I do that for my kids and it’s something they actually enjoy and look forward to. It also helps me since I’m working from home, and often have meetings around lunchtime. It’s easy for me to pull them out and give them to them without stressing. :-)

Hello from Toronto ! Enjoyed the content. I am not a working mom , but I certainly find many cues from your videos to help me figure out stuff for the week... I have 2 sons, 13 & 10 , so a lot of the times it helps to see what kind of snacks & lunches you make for your kids.

Omg i love the rice cakes. I put peanut butter on it or I will spread cottage cheese on it with strawberries and honey or vanilla Greek yogurt with pb2 chocolate flavor and dip the rice cake in. Its yummy

Hi Jen. I am still quarantining. I have a lung disease that keeps me on oxygen 24/7, so I haven't been in a store or anywhere except my vehicle since before this whole virus started. I miss my family, but I know it's how I have to live to be safe right now. Maybe that's why I enjoy watching you and the rest of my UA-cam "girls" so much. It feels very much like visiting you all. I am so thankful for all of you who do videos and entertain me. I adore you and never miss your videos. No secret that I also adore your Connor as well. We don't see as much of Kiera, but she's a sweetie for sure. I was one who sent her a birthday card because I felt so bad that she was banished from having a real party this year. I’m still working from home. I miss the office sometimes. Our numbers are rising and school starts soon so we are nervous about the future. We get out a little bit for sanity but mainly to outdoor spaces or to stores during less busy times. I’m over it.

I love that foundation bit I use the matte one since I have oily skin. Maybelline is one the best drugstore make-up! I use them wet and wild and occasionally Milani. And mascara from loreal

Hey Jen! We’ve been doing okay. My husband worked from home the whole quarantine (since March?) but now he’s back part-time (part time at home). We love it! Other than that, we go to the grocery store but no where that we don’t have to. Even wearing a mask it’s not 100% safe. Just got word yesterday the kids will start school late (usually start 8/3, but now 8/17), and all kids will start the school year through online learning. After Fall I guess they’ll switch to the half in-person, half online schedule if people want? Anyway, your long videos are my favorite! We appreciate all you do! 💕
I have worked from home for years now. I don’t like own my own business but work for a company that has a very large work from home base - so the working from home is normal. But when we took our 19 month old out of daycare for a few months that was insanely hard. We are now on 119 days of social distancing and staying home as much as possible and honestly the hardest part is I have not seen friends or family in that time outside of my mom. None of us live in the same area so traveling to see each other while cases still climb in certain areas doesn’t seem like the greatest. THANKFULLY my best friend and her twins have also been social distancing as much as possible so we have a family vacation planned with them at the end of august where we rented a house so we can all just get outside of our houses.
I have been staying home since right before all this happened. I'm disabled and high risk so the hubs goes out for us.
That soup is amazing. 😊 i have made it before myself and i actually perfer mine over olive garden. I find they tend to give more broth then ingredients.
I totally know about gumbys pizza. Here in Michigan we used to have one open in east Lansing right by msu. But it is no longer open. Anyway love your channel love ya girl.😉
