Long story short: - row (record) of a table = entity - column of a table = attribute(s) of an entity - entity set = the entire table - entity type = name of the table Is that about right?
Thank u very much bro(sir)..It was too helpful..U have done great effort.. I have some doubts, here it is ??? weak entity Entity Relationship Model n components types of keys E_R diagram Sub queries Check constraint
I was hoping you would cover what unique identifiers are also. Can anyone briefly explain what they are and how it relates to entities and attributes?? Thank you
Thanks bro...because of this video I feel I will be able to pass my semesters.... if you can upload videos of SQL(PRACTICAL AND THEORY) , DMBS , BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (IIS),CLOUD COMPUTING.....
@@vamshivangaru9505 im talking about a ORM model. I understand they are attributes. For examples on a UOD schema you can refer them to references or value types. Student(.name) Student(.id) But then age would be: Age(.DOB) making it an entity type due to it being lexical / transferable into a relational table schema if you use the normalisation process.
i appreciate but......................you ask e1 ali 12....that is first sdnt,ali,12age ........is entitiy................no its not true this is entity instance and student is entity.....................entity type plz btain

Thank you! Finally someone who broke this down into very easy to understand concepts!!!
Long story short:
- row (record) of a table = entity
- column of a table = attribute(s) of an entity
- entity set = the entire table
- entity type = name of the table
Is that about right?

My uni teaches me that ID, name and age are all entity types.. im so confused.
ID,name,age are attributes
@@vamshivangaru9505 im talking about a ORM model. I understand they are attributes.

Student(.name)
Student(.id)
But then age would be:
