@@CesarHernandez-tl4wf well in my honest opinion capitano is a honourable person at the end he said he won't attack his opponent when they are weak state that alone make him a honourable fatui beside he is ranked no.1 and maybe Izuku from one of my Au might help him in the future

@@devilroad_ttv well capitano is a character from the game genshin impact his power and ability were showed after many years and he is also know as the "strongest human alive" He fought against a god like being and was just slightly burned in game it Is known that the fatui where he holds the no.1 rank the top fatui harbinger possess power comparable to that of god's And he is well respected amongst his rank and work place and during his fight against the Pyro archon aka the flame god well it is my theory but he didn't go all out because all fatui that we as traveler meet along the way had 3 forms or a final form so from the look of thing he was only using his cyro/ice power to hold his ground against a god like being
