How to improve your horse's STIFFNESS?

My horse feels stiff, this is one of most common symptoms horse owner's say to me.
There is no ONE magic recipe that fits all!
Like us, we need to get to know our horses, and start with consistent small bursts of work, carefully monitoring and reassessing.

@@healyourhorse yes they where a western horse so you know western horses always have their head low but I’m making mine a jumpers/dressage horse so I just wanted my horses head higher. thank you
