This is so sweet. They didn't ask for it, but someone willingly gave a package full of useful goodies including pain relievers, they really care about you guys. Wonderful community you built.

Darlene/Boris those Kraft bottled items are salad dressings which you may use either for salads or any other vegetables you can eat raw. Use it like dips or in pasta specially the vinaigrette dressing it’s good in pasta with some tuna..try it 🙂

The poppy seed salad dressing is good for white rice, just pour it on the top of hot white rice or for salad as well.

Just in case you don't know- The Balsamic Vinegarette & Poppyseed are indeed dressing for your salad. In Canada it is a legal requirement to include French on English labels so it can become a little confusing. Your instant coffee, will be easy to make by adding one level teaspoon to your mug & adding hot water unless you like your coffee super strong, then add 2 teaspoons plus your milk & sugar. Adding 1 teaspoon each of coffee, coffee whitener & sugar will make it taste like Nescafe 3 in 1.

Darlene, you can use the salad dressings as marinades for fish, chicken, pork, and beef. I marinate my protein for 6 hours or overnight in the fridge before grilling. You can pan grill or charcoal grill. The creamy poppy seed dressing is great to use not only as salad dressing but marinating chicken strips for at least 4 hours, season lightly with salt, then roll the marinated chicken in a dry mixture of flour, cornstarch, and oatmeal (optional). Deep fry or pan fry until golden brown and crispy. You can also use the clean (from the bottle) poppy seed dressing as a dipping sauce for fried chicken and veggie strips for snacks like singkamas, cucumber, etc.

You can plant dates in the Philippines. I've seen people planting it there. They put the seeds in the wet paper towels until it sprouts before planting it to the pot.
