Does he need to be duped ?
There is NOTHING about HOW to use Supreme Symbiote in this clip. HOW would be about timing and which specials/move should be used to get certain effects.

Hey Jason... After you're ability and gameplay Video, we just know that he's an OK bleed champ. With a little bit of powercontrol, armorbreak and Nullifie.

He is great even unduped, you can rank him up, His signature ability allow him to place a stagger debuff every 13 seconds (Based on signature level)

I don’t have mystic dispersion and just pulled him from the free nexus (the other choices were x23 and WS) was that a good choice or should I have gotten x23?

Strange's blood was spilled before he defeated Kaecilius and pursued him as he fled. The blood was reached by Kentar, an Adaptive Symbiote, which absorbed the blood and transforms into the Symbiote Supreme, mimicking Strange's image-look, his powers and even magnifying them, becoming a Symbiote hivemind.
Before long, Doctor Strange became aware of Symbiote Supreme, and went to stop it, but he was ambushed by advanced mind-controlled symbiotes serving the Supreme. Strange realized the Supreme Symbiote obtained a lot of knowledge from absorbed his blood as the Supreme was always one step ahead and Strange knew he needed a new plan and immediately did a tactical retreat to his lair also know as Sanctum Sanctorum.

I just popped 10 cavalier crystals and pulled wasp, symbiote supreme and got another 20 levels on ghost. Then I popped 5* crystal and awakened killmonger. I've come to learn now. Lol (I also used an ag on supreme)
