Now I'm an Italian Nonna of 14 grandchildren! I love it! Best time in my life! Had to edit, I put 13 grands, forgot the newborn, so its 14 now, but I think this is it! 😊

I really love the hands on approach to cooking. I also really love the Korean style of eating on the floor with your hands. Same in lots of Caribbean and south African places eating with your hands. My Polish Nonna cooked just like this. Used her hands for everything. She lived in Chicago in the Italian/Polish neighborhood so she cooked Polish food and Italian food all the time. I sure miss her❤
