A beautiful account. Today I have come to understand the beauty of story telling in parenting. How role models become embedded in a young mind. Great sharing.

Sindh was part of Hindustan at the era of Humayun. Hamayun came to Balochistan and met with Hameeda Bano in Balochistan eastern bordering area known Chaghi.

Don't know where you got this story from.....Humayun met Hamida for the first time in Alwar, Rajasthan, in a banquet hosted by Dildar Begumm who was Humayun's step mother

Very informative. I always thought the same about why women are neglected in Mughal empire history.

Watching you from Bihar, Bhagalpur . A nearby place from Chausa from where Humayun cross the river Ganges and escaped.

I think both ladies took some names wrong in early conversation. At the time of escape from sumarqand esan dowlat begum had made the plan after kind of MoU with shenani khan and told babar to escape from the sumerqand but she had not told babar about marriage of his sister. Although Hamayun Nama was written by G.B Begum, which is a good source but so weak as compared to Babar Nama. The subject was book about G.B.Bagum but you both went so many other places. I really appreciate doctor sahiba and her gender perspective
