Even though in the Anime these guys didn’t really have a "official" army force to fight them, I think they would’ve torn any normal force to shreds. Look at what they did to the Wild Geese for example, that is the closest thing to a regular military force and they absolutely shredded them. What doesn’t help, is that every single one of these guys is a combat veteran of the worst war humanity has ever seen, WW2, along with that, add in the fact they were made into relentless vampires and you have an unstoppable army to a certain degree.
