-12° isn't cold. That's a spring day in Canada.
I believe it's -12 Fahrenheit which would translate to -24 Celsius. Not horrendous but does break the threshold I would say.

Awe cubby baby! Could lose some but he look good for an older horse. Most older horses I’ve worked with were skinny and didn’t keep on well so you would giving beet pulp and more hay

It looked like the horse had lamenitis, but you never know. There is no cure for lamenitis except for exercise and taking away the cause of lamenitis. Hope the horse was ok!

Depends on location.. In southern Calif it will cost $175 to $300.. But the doctor would do an entire float (dental ) not just file down one tooth

so minus 12 degrees- did she mean Celsius or Fahrenheit? because I don't know how cold that is in the other one but in Celsius- well, that's a mild winter day here in Canada at minus 12 degrees. wanna know REAL cold?
Try getting to minus 50, wind chill making it minus 60 (we had ICE FOG last winter for a day, or was that the winter before I think? within the last 2 years, and I've NEVER seen Ice Fog before)
