As for the space, I agreed with your choice of replacing the tile floor along with your choice of tile. It made all the difference, preventing the space from looking like a kitchen or worse, a bathroom.

How to sell this unit if you cannot even buy a new condo after selling this unit since condos are expensive now. Any tips? Why are you going to sell it if location is good and it's near the school? I mean there's money for this location.
Exactly what I thought. May profit nga but condo prices have gone up immensely since 5 yrs ago. But he knows how and where to get a new one anda good deal that could turn into a good investment... pasalo or resale homes in this time of pandemic.

Yes will leave the furniture since sa small unit sya bagay. I dont have any other 24 sqm unit. Rent is good but the selling price wont go above 5.5M na this is not a luxury condo so na max out niya na cguro yun value of investment. People will start selling soon I am trying to exit before the price war

im really confused why the selling price of my 24sqm condo is 3.4M when its still on preselling, and its just in Cebu (not even in the heart of cebu city, but beside airport). While other 24sqm condos range only to 1.8M-2.8M even located in Makati or NCR. Im curious if i have taken the short end of the stick. dont u think so? :(

Hello I think this is around 400K for the interior and around 250K for the furnishing. I suggest you look for a contractor depending sa area since issue ang logistics ng contractor nowadays due to Covid

If ako mag invest ng ganyan I make sure na in a future pag may asawa ka dapat at least mga 2or 3bedroom na ganun dapat mag invest pra in a future hindi mo na pronlema kasi whether u like or not,mag mumultifly ang magiging family mo just saying lng po.

it's probably because of the finish. most condo sold in Manila are bare unit without fixtures, cabinets etc

Yes around 13K per month since i leverage my investment I dont really cashout. the less cashout the bigger ROI kasi
