Dearest Lady Luisa, You are just what I needed today. Your creativity is always inspirational and your calm demeanor brings peace to my soul. Thank you for doing what you do.
What a great idea wrapping the beads around the leather cord, beautiful 🤩 👏🏻😊🧡 The necklace is beautiful and your tutorial is wonderful as always Luisa 👏🏻😊🧡
What a beautiful statement by Vincent. It makes my heart leap. You are one of a few artists who take me to other places by processing all of the creativity inside of you to problem solve and as a result, create beauty. I adore the necklace and applaud the mix of rustic and sparkle which should always complement one another and in your hands, absolutely do. Thank you for providing calming and inspiring creativity every time you arrive with a new video. Thank you for being you!!
Aww…thank you Trudy! What lovely feedback! 🥰 You have certainly uplifted my spirit! But more importantly, it solidifies the reasons why I share my videos. Thank you 😊. 🌺🌼🌸❤️
Beautiful, unique and clever design. I always come away from your videos learning something wonderful. I hope you know how much you are appreciated. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your well done videos (I appreciate the time you take in your editing), all of them. Also thank you for your good techniques, so many people make videos, and their loops are messy etc, I'm not discouraging people who aren't perfectionists, I just have a problem with messy loops and wraps :-). I enjoy seeing the way your creative mind works, and your beautiful and unique projects. I especially love the bargain bead box, keep those projects coming!
Aww…thank you Marjorie for your very kind words! I do spend a lot of time editing so I really do appreciate your compliments! I’ll continue to share as much quality content as I can. I always ask myself the following question: “will the viewer benefit from the video clip?” My tutorials need to be clear and concise or they won’t meet my own level of quality control. I agree with you that loops, wraps, etc. should be as clean as possible so that viewers can learn! 🙂🌸🌺🌼
Luisa, this deign is gorgeous.. I didn’t know what to expect with the components but yet you gave me another idea of how to complete a totally different style!!! Thank you so much for the time you put into your tutorials..💕
Luisa, you saved the day! Thank you so very much for the wonderful tutorial. The necklace looks so elegant on you, so now I’m excited to use the giant pendant using your gorgeous design. 😊💕
Absolutely stunning. How do you learn to think out of the box is beyond me. After 10 yrs doing jewelry I would have never thought of this design. I think I may add some of the same crystals from the design in the chain. You are so very talented and I look forward to your videos for inspiration. Your voice and presentation are so peaceful to watch and learn.
Thank you so much Deborah. I sit with my beads a lot until something materializes. That’s one of the reasons I don’t upload every day. 🙂 I like making tutorials that can help others. I think all of us have something to learn from each other. ❤️ Crystals on the chain would look lovely. I almost used crystals but then opted for the metal beads. 🙂🌺🌼😘
Thanks for sharing! Wonderful idea to coil the beads!!! I also had a big challenge with that box! Love your ideas, your always an inspiration and a great teacher!!!
Hi Luisa! This is a beautiful necklace. It looks so good on you. With it being a large pendant, I thought I would Patina paint mine….make a link chain of various African beads and make it a long length necklace. However, seeing your finished piece….I’m re-thinking my design. We’ll see how I feel when I sit to make it. Thanks for taking time out of your day to make the video. I wish you had been on UA-cam 4+ years ago when I started making jewelry. That little wire wrap technique you used to make the transition from metal to leather is fabulous. Thanks for sharing your wisdom of jewelry making❣️ Oh….the fall footage was gorgeous! Love and Blessings for You, your Son, and Family. ❤️🥰🙏🏼🌼🌺🐾🐾
Thank you Melonee for your very nice comments. I was on UA-cam in various forms years ago when I was learning belly dance choreography with my dance troops and although I was making jewelry, there never seemed to be enough time in the day for a jewelry making channel. Once I retired from my full time job, everything changed. 🙂 About the pendant…I think a patina would look great! I had actually thought about doing something similar before I decided to do the crystal wrap. 🙂🌼🌺🌸
Hi Louisa! I just Love watching your videos! I love how you enjoy nature and that your share another one of you many talents as photographer with us! I can tell that you take time to capture it the best way you can. Your voice is lovely to listen to and your priceless creativity is so inspiring and super fun! Perfect building out the strung portion the way you did to go with the big piece! Thank you for the awesome inspiration!
I also wanted to mention another Tuber i thought you might enjoy and be inspired by. It reminds me of you the way they capture nature so creativity beautifully. I thought that you might really enjoy or be inspired by their ideas. It's "The Northern Mudlarkers." Theyre a mother daughter duo who search for really cool and old thing's, and make jewelry etc. out of them. But the camera work is amazing! Check it out! Lots of Love!! Keep up the awesome work!
Thank you so much Sarah for your kind words! I’ll definitely check out that channel! I like seeing what other creators share. There are so many wonderful UA-camrs out there! 🙂🌸🌺🌼
Luisa, I have learned so much from you, I like that you challenge yourself to create projects that are not necessarily something you are drawn to but after completion you are. I love everything about your videos!
You are so incredibly talented in the presentations of your videos, I can never wait to see how you start! Very cute necklace. But I know you always are able to create. I think you can create with anything. I wish I lived closer to my you tube friends you included. My video friends!
I wasn't sure myself what to do with that pendant. I was thinking maybe a boho belt, and use the pendant as a buckle. Or maybe an embellishment for a purse or hat. But, I love your idea better! Your creativity knows no bounds! Thank you! 💖☮
Aww…thank you! I like your idea of a belt buckle! I didn’t think of that. I wonder how you could implement it? I guess you’d need a loop to hook it onto. Now you’ve got me thinking! 😄🌸🌺🌼
Lovely! My daughters birthday was last week and crazy schedules have kept me from my beading table. She has a new job and I wanted to make a necklace for her. You’ve given some much needed inspiration!! I have some beads in mind...and several interesting pendants that need a home! As always...thank you darlin!🌻💕🦋🌺
Thank you Luisa, again you came up with something so different from your other work. Your tutorials are so informative and keep me more and more interested in what your gonna do next😂 Keep up the good work
Another unique and beautiful design Miss Luisa! I haven't used the pendant yet so your video is very timely. Also many thanks for the Fall footage...we've retired from Upstate NY to NE Florida and really don't see the brilliant fall foliage anymore. ❤
Thank you Vickie. I’ve learned to embrace positivity and joy because the opposite always shows on me. There will be times in the future when I won’t look so good depending on life’s circumstances. 🥰🌺🌼🌸

Do you mind telling me the name of it? I was cleaning some of my jewelry, the phone rang and my coins on a chain that I’ve had 40 yrs are ruined. I’m hoping to restore them if possible. It’s not expensive but my son bought it for me when he was 6yrs old and a ring with a little red stone. I should have finished then returned the call. I think you said it came from Amazon. TIA. Keep making your awesome jewelry and your fans will keep watching. Anyone that makes jewelry using wire, knows it’s unavoidable to have waste wire. Not to have would be measuring every piece, like you I guesstimate but only have very short pieces left. Your measurements are going to be as close as anyone on you tube can give. You can’t please everyone so please don’t try!
Haha I had no problem with this bbb, now October’s has left me stumped, I guess because I don’t like the colors of it. Specially the mustard yellow. I loved the bright yellow crystals that was in the box but the mustard I just can’t figure out. lol I loved the copper. But I love the copper elements also. And this necklace is a huge wow gorgeous. That’s a beautiful necklace!! I actually have an idea for that giant component, but I wasn’t sure if it would work so I thought I’d pass the idea on to you for your opinion. When I saw the large component, what came to my mind was a belt buckle!! Wouldn’t it look cool on a pair of jeans?! I just can’t figure out how to make a connection so it would lay nicely… what do you think? Thank you for sharing and I’m curious to know what you think about my idea. 💜💜💜
Yes! One of my other viewers had the same idea! You would need to fashion some sort of loop….like in a toggle clasp. The only thing I can think of is some sort of leather strap. Maybe use flat leather cord? 🙂🌼🌺🌸
Luisa, i love this necklace, but when I went back to see the list of items needed, I did not see the leather cord. I also do not see it listed in your time stamps. So my question is what size leather do we need? Can I use a different size MM then what you used?
Hi Nadine.. Thanks for letting me know. I must’ve forgotten to add it to the list. I used round leather cord, 2 mm thick. The color is metallic gold. I don’t think I’d use thinner leather because of the size of the beads. It doesn’t hurt to try but my guess is that it will weigh down the leather cord . Thicker cord would work but you would need to make sure it fits into your barrel beads. 🙂🌼🌺🌸
It looks amazing!!! I really was looking forward to making it but I don't have barrel beads..is there another trick I can use? Also instead of those plyers can I use the normal round nose plyers to do coils without the grooves in it?
Good question! You can use any other accent bead as the color coordinates and it’s 8mm. Like I mentioned in the video, you don’t need to tuck the coils into the bead if they don’t fit. I’ve done it both ways and it looks fine. 🙂🌸🌺🌼
I forgot to mention that you can use regular round nose pliers. I’ve made coils with round nose pliers many times, especially when they’re small coils with only 4 wraps.🙂
@@MistyMoonDesigns thankyou...I laughed when you said you had a comment tgat said she didn't want to make it cause it would waste her wire...it kinda defeats the purpose of buying it in tge first place...I really love this design..its so beautiful initially looking at it ..it seems hard to make but the process is quite easy..thankyou.xx
@@MistyMoonDesigns also towards the ends of the necklaces were your making alot of the loops twisting them threading them and doing it over...it looks rather similar to a chain..why dont you just add a chain to save you having to do all those wire wraps...is it for aesthetic reasons im guessing because it looks nice with the twisty chain around the loop?
