2016 ,2017 both complite lonely.., 2018 half also.... It's fully my loneliness years..
But but when i understand loneliness and focusing on goal and feel alone means solitude..
I understand in 2019 I decided to change my self.. same before lonely now solitude. I feel very strong. And motivated....
Focus on my goal only..
I did 3 vippasana 10days of course . And daily I performed 15-20 mins of meditation..

I love solitude.. i spend quality time with myself, i do learn things or improve my knowledge.. im an introvert but i enjoy being alone. I dont like unneccesary crowds who r matetialistic and gossipers.
I used to do this since a long time. But i was unable to move on my past bad experiences. But now I am a Stronger version of Myself.

*Here i want to mention one thing from my experience that is purely true as explained in the vedio*
*From past 3~4 months i was applying same thing as in the vedio mean Do my work solitudely and after that in free time interacting less with the rest world. It seems to be more productive than now because once again now i have started interacting with others. I have never thought about that earlier but this vedio made me to do this. I will again follow the behaviour of solitude*.
