    hi mam, according to your previous video when dopamine bind with d2 receptor which are inhibitory in nature so inhibit the gaba neurone in G P E and further no contol or no action on 2nd gaba neurone so that 2nd gaba neurone can work freely & show its inhibitory action in S T N to glutamate neurone hence glutamate neurone is now inhibited and cannot excite the other gaba neurone which are there in G P I & SNPR so now the gaba neuron which are present in G P I & SNPR can work freely & show its inhibitory action in THALAMUS. so my question is how D2 receptor agonist work & how thalamus can send signal to cortex because thalamus have gaba neurones which are inhibitory in nature & inhibit the thalamus?
