I don't agree that the Grizz declining Jake's option means he will get jettisoned. They didn't take Luke's option either, but they still re-signed him.
This Grizzlies roster is the deepest roster since they've been in Memphis. I thought we would really miss GG, Vince and Luke. But because of the next man up mentality we seem to be even better.
Jaylen Wells is going to be a future all star like Bane! They boy can shoot, shows confidence, and poise. Mark my words! He reminds me of Rashard Lewis.
Maybe you'll listen to people who actually know Zach Edey's history and give the rookie a little time to develop before throwing him under the bus after any sub par game (although I'd say most sub par games are directly caused by low game minutes). I've been telling you since summer league how new he is to basketball and what a fabulous learner and worker he is. A couple double doubles in a row in very limited minutes might be your cue to give him some time. He's a rookie with oh so much potential, and if allowed, will be a perfect compliment to the other studs on this team.
Jay Huff a huge pick up for management that they should be lauded for. I thought the Grizzlies should have drafted Castleton when he cam out. I beleive he's going to be the next big two way signing for the grizz once he get's ramped up.

Edey changed shots and prevents dominant bugs from just running and jumping thru the lane for open dunks.. necessary starter

Edey was a >70% FT shooter at Purdue so these are just early-NBA jitters. He’s been making them these past few games.

I wonder what percentage Huff will make from 3 once we have a larger sample size.
Wells will probably be a finalist for rookie of the year. He's leading all rookies in scoring and appearing in other areas of the stat sheet.
