Healthy technique, bright, clean and beautiful voice... Myles will be 70s and nevertheless performing at a high level.
Yep, Peforming at such a high level vocally for 30 years and he's still st the peak of his skills at 52 when most rock singers have already blown their voice out completely or are in vocal decline amd can't hit the notes the used to. One of the most technically skilled singers of all time. He really should have more recognition.
I‘d dare to say that technically he’s in line with Mercury or in other words: the Mercury of our time.
Look at the effort he put in and the work he released the past 20 years.

People bringing up Myles age should check themselves. This man has another band with Slash, his solo career, tours, listening parties to attend to, constantly writing riffs and lyrics for what he's involved with. Nonstop work if you ask me and will take a lot out of you with some stress. Considering all of that he looks fantastic! He will go down as one of the greats! A true rockstar 😎

I don’t know what you’re talking about, but I’ve never heard somebody say that. Just saw Myles back in June this year and it felt like there was a mid 30 guy on stage. Can’t wait to see them next month in Europe!
@@theandiller just by looking through the comment section and reading how people bring up his age, as if it matters to what he or the band is presenting; to me it's uncalled for. But yes I haven't seen them live in years (around the time they were touring for AB III) because they hardly come to my city but next year is the time they do and can't freakin wait!!!

Myles Kennedy is such a spectacle to watch. He's as humble as they come, but he is one of the best vocalists of this generation. And his control has only gotten better with time. This? Compared to live 2004 Alter Bridge? It's an incredible journey of growth. Myles isn't exhausting himself here, and it's silky smooth. I don't know if I have ever witnessed a more practiced singer in my life. I love Mark's smirk at the end, he's just happy to be there. Even after all these years, Tremonti never gets tired of Kennedy destroying expectations.
all these comments about Myles looking older and stuff- bro is in his early 50s and involved in three different projects, he just stopped dying his hair but he's looking (and sounding!) great

It's so nice to finally see Lover getting some love.
It never ceases to amaze me how much Myles' voice improves with age - he has always been an absolutely phenomenal vocalist, but his voice in AB's newest album is just unbelievable. I truly believe that he is the greatest male vocalist of all time. We don't deserve Tremonti & Myles!

@@cheesedip1 I don't believe anyone can hold the title of single greatest male vocalist of all time because taste is subjective but Myles is without doubt one of the greatest rock vocalists of all time along with Buckley, Plant, Cornell, Staley and Mercury.
I think Elvis was a great singer even if he wasn't belting out high notes a whole lot.
