I agree! I typically go to the end of the video before I actually watch it to see if it's something that I would be interested in making. But I do prefer to watch the videos that show the finished product first.
I loved this design so decided to crotchet two and then I glued dry flowers to them and hung them up inside , on my conservatory wall. They look so pretty
I forgot o say in my previous comment that you do very nice crochet work - your stitches are very even as is the tension of your yarn while working. That makes such a HUGE difference in how well your piece turns out! It’s a lovely shell.
Beautiful! They look like shells! I live on the beach. If I can think of a way of attaching these together, I would love to make a bedspread with this pattern!
Thank you so much for this video! I just started crocheting at the beginning of this week and only knew a simple chain stich, and have been looking for a video on how to do a circle stitch! I have watch the beginning of your video about 20 times lol. Im hand crocheting and this works wonders compared to other videosq
Sou Brasileira e faço crochê adoro o crochê e adorei o seu vídeo a peça ficou linda vou fazer só não temos esses tipos de agulhas aqui no Brasil mas vou fazer é lindo e vc explica muito bem.
Always start with a swatch, and practice the stitches first before you start a serious project, get familiar with abbreviations, and it gets easier as time goes with practicing,,,Zoe have fun
Cute; thought you were planning on crocheting two of these then attaching them in the center, for the start of an adorable halter/or bakini, then adding chains to tie the back together.... I know that I just HAVE to do that now...Love it, thank you
That’s a Beautiful piece, reminds me of an Angels Wing, liked the 3D version, way too Beautiful for a coaster, think it would make a great ornament, GORGEOUS
Perhaps she thought that folks would be "put off" by the term Tunisian. And some people DO consider that Tunisian is a combined crochet and knit technique
Some languages do not have separate words for the two needlecrafts, knitting and crocheting. Accept that fact, not as a right/wrong thing. Beautiful demonstration of the “magic circle”, and of Tunisian crochet. I’ve saved this video just for to remind myself how to do those. Very clear which loop to go through etc. Thank you! And yes, the video’s title is useless, so if you like it just save it.
This was something my mother taught us when there was hurricanes going on we live right next to a cemetery. The cemetery was up the hill and because a lot of the headstones were very old. The cemetery alerted the homeowners that lived along that side of the hill, we have to be very careful to make sure we board up that side of our house at all. Very nice! I just wish you would show the finished product before you start crochet. Its nice to see what you're making!😊
I go straight to the end of the video to see the finished product before watching the whole video.
@@loist0607 that's what I do, too
Yes that really would be the thing to do
@@loist0607 Brilliant idea. Thanks for the suggestion!

The way you started that magic circle blew my friggin’ mind. I’m gonna start them that way now. Incredible.

I initially learned to do it that way but, after not having crocheted for a few years, forgot how to do it. Thanks for refreshing my memory.

Just crochet or sew them together. It shouldn't be hard.
That's the best illustration of doing a magic circle I've ever seen.
That magic circle technique...OMG! Life changing!!
Muy bueno, y con una claridad excelente 🥰💯

I thought the same. A bunch of green ones could make for a cute wall board.
Begonia rex has leaves like this. In my family it was nicknamed "elephant's ears".
Absolutely gorgeous. Thinking to make them as motifs for jersey.......

I think a hook with a “cable” would be easier to handle than this long straight hook. I love the geometry of this work. 🌹❣️
