They talk about archery, hunting, and T-Bone's fight with cancer. Please continue to keep our hunting buddy in your thoughts and prayers.
Update: Tbone's surgery went very well and he is doing well in his recovery. He's in great spirits and said "I love you guys more than you will ever know. We are so blessed and appreciate all of you so much. I can feel the love especially the prayers that are blanketing me like armour. Thank you, thank you, guys so much." Love Tbone.

I’m 26 years old, I hunt everything, I’ve hunted my whole life, was laying in the bed watching this on tv my wife ask me “why are you crying” I said these are some good guys right here they love the same things I do, praying for you t bone

Wow you are an inspiration to me T Bone! I’m praying for you and I don’t even know you. I’m all messed up! I’m trying to get out there and hunt with a bow for the first time. I’ve never shot a bow until now, I bought my first bow and shot it this week for the first time. I can’t wait to get out there and try to hunt.
I got hit by a suburban head on, on my motorcycle I’m walking still I was hospitalized for months so I’m trying to get out there thanks for inspiring me and keep up the big fight the lord will keep you strong.
My father in law was diagnosed with a very rare sarcoma similar to your situation 8 years ago. Thankfully surgeons were able to remove the tumor and surround muscles entangled with it without amputation. It has been a long long battle and we hold our breath every six months to hear the results of his scans. Lord willing he has not had any recent progressions for about 4 years now. My prayers are with you!! I’m just a lonely country boy from PA but I grew up watching y’all and feel like we could talk and joke for hours in a deer camp. You keep fighting brother no matter what!!! Absolutely never give up even on those darkest days you fight until the good lord calls you home.
T Bone I feel for you bud. I had lost my leg below knee on my right side. I was the same as you that I had time (9years) to accept the plan of amputation. I had mine taken off in 2010 and had a prosthetic made for me. You are not at the end of your road brother. I hunt and fish and spend time in the outdoors with family and friends. You probly don’t remember but I met the brotherhood at the sportsman show in Harrisburg and you all signed my bone collector muzzleloader I purchased that day. I was fresh out of surgery when I was there driving my motorized scooter to get around. I want you to know that with the life change I had I am now a prosthetic technician building legs for people like us to keep up with their life. I deal with AK and BK and I talk with my patients and you will be strong and get through this bc your head and heart in the right place. I am here if you ever want to reach out. I remember 15-20 years ago I was in downtown Hogansville during hunting season at the car wash, washing my 4 wheeler , there was T-BONE washing his truck, I was so star struck I didn’t approach him just to say hi, I kick my self in the ass not doing it, He’s such a regular guy, Get well brother.
T bone is such a class act. He's well grounded and knows what's important in life. My prayers are with you T bone. I hope all goes well

Travis, my name is Jacob Runkle and I am the Fire Chief here in my small town. I lost my left leg 19 plus years ago in a work-related accident and had to learn how to do life again without it. I'm 38 years old now and have learned to live life. I hunt, fish, run my tractor, run a small landscaping business, volunteer in two counties on the fire department, and as I stated I am the Fire Chief here in Brunson SC. I say all of that to say that I know you can fight and learn to do things that you want to do in life. You may have to learn to do it a little differently but believe me you can do it. I just want you to know that there are people out there that can relate and have been there. Continue to lean on God for strength and you will be in our prayers. Travis keep your head up sir. You got this!

You said you don’t know what the future holds, but this one thing we know… we knows who holds the future and when it’s all said and done that’s all that matters anyhow! Godspeed on a speedy recovery! Very humbling!! I'll never forget when I was playing drums at Bama Jam and T gave me a bone collector hat and shirt to wear. He's always been a giver and not a taker. I've cried my eye's out watching this and my prayers are with you T!!! Also mentioning the Lord Jesus Christ in this is by far the greatest thing you could ever do. He says in the Bible that if you deny me before mankind I'll deny you before my Father. Keep the walk very close with the Lord and everything else will work out the best. Love you T Bone and Waddy!!!! 🙏🏼❤

Tbone is the man! He’s thee most approachable, down to earth outdoors personality that I know! I’ve met y’all in person and have gained a lot of joy from him over the years. I’ve been a fan since the first incomplete deerhunter! I’m just a lil guy but here’s a big hug for the big man that we all love! I will be and have been praying for him.

I'm so thankful to have grown up and been inspired by the bone collector brotherhood my whole childhood and still into my adult life, this video truly kept me in tune with my emotions. Prayers to you T-Bone, can't wait to watch you back in a ground blind, collecting more bone!

I’m n pieces right now….. this world has to get back to fellas like this, living proof our true happiness and wealth in life isn’t measured by monetary value, or material things… yeah of course those things are nice but you can’t call that luxury vehicle or that million dollar home to come stand in the fire with you when life gets tough or your backs against the wall and wrap they arms around you and let you know you’re far from alone…. Prayers for T Bone. Cancer is such a terrible thing but ya can't stop fighting it. Golly, hate hearing this news man. Ive watched way to many family members go through the same thing and ya never get used to it.
You’ve got this T-Bone! Your attitude will take you most all of the way, and your friends will take you the rest of the way when you need them. The good Lord blessed you with the tools to overcome these challenges, and you definitely are using them. I had a supervisor who had something similar and had to give up his whole leg and part of his hip, and he still maintained his top floor office and drove himself. It is just another mountain to climb, but you will do it. Thank you God for giving us hunting and shooting and the brotherhood that comes with those passions. As you guys said, it is so much more than harvesting an animal. It is about the fellowship and the memories shared. May God bless you in your journey that lies ahead! Love you guys

This video speaks volumes about how hunting is about relationships and time with great friends more than the kill. Harvesting the game in isolation is never as good as failing with a hunting buddy. Time with a friend in the woods is a memory that will never be lost.

I've had the pleasure to meet Travis a couple times and get a picture. Even though I'm a stranger, He always acted like we were life long buddies. So genuine and sincere. What an example of how to treat to people and approach life. I wish I could pay it back to him.
