I wish his hands weren't in the way. He refers to removing this and replacing that and tightening this, but I can't see what he's doing because his hands are in the way. I would have positioned the camera to look from above. EIther that or place the hands left and right so the camera can see what he's doing.
Lots of these older saws sat around as parts saws and where robbed from, then when the new guy comes along they're not even sure what is or is not supposed to be there.
"Please take the following as constructive criticism & not personal" Not only were your hands in the way you didn't mention the chain catcher helps hold the plastic AV/Anti-Vibration fastener in place which is also another important function of that chain catcher.

There's no protective plate that covers the tensioner? All 3 of my Stihls have one. That's part of the reason that's so chewed up.

That's the next video. They changed the design so the chain tensioner cover actually holds the bar up. How cool is that!
