Those F#5s both in Twinkle and Baby Steps were so high and beyond her support range that she had to strain all the time, which lead to a decline in her voice after that promotion. Taeyeon is now "trying not to be excessive", as she has said in Yu's Sketchbook, and you can easily notice that high notes from her latest album 'My Voice' are mainly intended to be in her support range (up to D5), which is better for her health and her songs as well. However, Taeyeon is the queen of improvement and getting better each era. Thus I believe one day she can sing this song more easily and healthily.

I absolutely love Taeyeon, but she was a bigger star then (2016). SNSD was at the top of the kpop world, and Taeyeon was the queen.
