      thank you! I did it just from the bottom how ever to get an extra golden tone on the top you may put it for a minute from the top.

      No it won’t but next time if you feel like it’s sticking to your fingers try sprinkling a little bit of flour and kneading it.

      check the bottom of it until it looks golden to you. Approximate 15-20 min on 325F (maybe more or less depends on your oven)

      On the meat pie I used Aleppo pepper if you don’t have that you can use paprika it’s very similar.

      Yes you can after they bake. But don’t keep them longer in the freezer for more than 1-2 months.

      If your using parchment paper you don’t need to grease so parchment paper doesn’t stick but if your not using parchment paper you can grease it with butter
