If your using parchment paper you don’t need to grease so parchment paper doesn’t stick but if your not using parchment paper you can grease it with butter

No it won’t but next time if you feel like it’s sticking to your fingers try sprinkling a little bit of flour and kneading it.
How long did it take in the oven? This is my first time making these (or anything with dough in general lol)
check the bottom of it until it looks golden to you. Approximate 15-20 min on 325F (maybe more or less depends on your oven)

Yes you can after they bake. But don’t keep them longer in the freezer for more than 1-2 months.
