My buddy had a b5 s4 that made around 800hp at the crank. Jesus that thing was bonkers. The acceleration was insane and it still just handled like it was on rails. I
And people call me crazy that want to buy a 20 year old car that costs 10k+

Love my 2.7t unfortunately he needs a lot of wor k and pays are getting harder and harder to find
Ecs is a great place for parts/rock auto for OEM stuff for cheap and ssac too for exhaust stuff man! I own a stage 2 b5s4 sedan and am saving up some money to make her stage 3 #k04ssssss hope you get her where you want her. These are great cars

But yeah same here, it's on jackstands every other month or week or so😭😂😂😂 totally worth it, someday it'll be complete and maybe issues only occur every so often😂

yes a muffler delete will definitely help. keep the resonators because otherwise it makes the car ungodly loud
Anyone need a B6 4.2l for parts or track? Got a 04' 116k, ate a guard rail low speed in snow, passenger side. Just needs chain service, but otherwise ok. Black on Black in OR. 4000

Some kid hit a telephone pole with one of these in my city, it split in half and ejected all the passengers 1 guy dead his girl and is a paraplegic driver is a vegetable. First time I ever seen the back seat of a car down the road and the front seat 100 feet from the pole in the other direction. Keep that in the back of your mind driving this death trap of a car. This kid was driving on a road straight as can be too.

DerUltner Lp The S4s have had 2.2t inline 5, 2.7 V6 Biturbo, 4.2 V8 and 3.0 V6 biturbo. Never been a 2.6L

There's no need to pass 7k rpm unless you are big turbo with cams and shit. For k04s cars, you lose power and time, and risk your engine doing that. I did a lot of half mile with mine and my trap speed and time got better when I started to shift a little sooner, around 6500 rpm. Stage 3 k04 @26psi with fueling and all the good stuff
Some of us go past bolt on and off the shelf tunes thooo.
@@matt10011987 if you dont have bigger turbos than k04s you'll loose power and torque at higher rpm bc they dont hold their boost that high. K24s and up yeah, but k04s, no need to pass 7k
I have jhm rs6r turbos (bigger than ko4s) so mine don’t even get into boost until around 4-4500. So it’s easy to want to go over 6500. I don’t but it’s not hard to do lol. I want to build some heads for it and throw in some rods and go with some Garrett’s
I can get a a6 2.7 biturbo quattro manual for less then 2000 eur,idk if i should get it.
