The thing is, the people behind Death (To All) won't do it, because then they're going to have to pay Kam Lee a lot of money. He co-wrote almost everything upto the tenth demo from Death. And even some of his lyrics were used on the first album ... and he was never credited for it as it should've ...

I’ve been doing research on extreme metal/punk. This is the oldest example of blast beats in metal that I can find. If anyone knows of any metal comparable to this around this era please let me know. Been searching for oldest bands with blast beats/guttural vocals particularly. Beastie Boys song Riot Fight and the first demo Swedish crust band Asocial were both 82. The Asocial demo is basically straight crust grind. There was also an American noisecore band called Cymanid in 82. Those are the oldest examples I can find of blast beats.

I really doubt it, mayhem formed in 1984 and I doubt he’d get his hands on a copy of this demo tape all the way from Florida, and to be fair SBG and Deathcrush came out in the same year- its also just a really simple riff

Yeah it's the same riff! I knew this reminded me something but I didn't know what. Mayhem just played it in a less chuggy way. Euronymous was very aware of what was going on in the underground and I think it's entirely possible copied it in 1987, when Death had it's first album released.

Kam Lee was actually the co-founder of Mantas/Death and creator of the original Deathlogo. So it isn't "Kam Lee from Massacre", but Kam Lee from Death also Massacre, Bonegnawer, GraveWax, ....
Same period in time, how can one demo be a copy of another demo, when they were released aprox same time?? Possessed, Mantas (this demo), Master/Deathsttike, ... all same period deifferent locations. Not necessarly copying eachother, probably same idea at same time. Like the saying: great minds think alike.
