I'd have to say that Jaya is such a risk-taker who very few people acknowledge...we always applaude the biriteras, the unique, the visually appealing... but JAYA.. oh pls, dnt even let me start.. she bends melodies and make a song into something else.. a different storytelling.. a risk coz not many people speak the "same (musical) language" as she does.. she digs into the words in a song, quickly finds the fitting notes for them, and sing the way no one else would, but containing a richer sound... and that makes her an untouchable diva.. nobody bends a song like Jaya does.. just as nobody reginifies a song like Regine does...

I must commend the band for such a wonderful arrangement. This song is one of the hardest-too technical both to play and sing...and to Jaya, she definitely owned the song and put a different flavor. Only an exceptional-talented singer can give justice to this timeless-difficult piece. Well done, Jaya and team!
I agree, i used to sing this during those younger years, pero nag wewelga mga kapit bahay namin, pati mga tanod, hina hunting ako... wag kona daw uulitin..... hahahahahaha...... mga walang hiya..di man lang na appreciate, pinag ensayuhan ko ng matagal, tapos ganun-ganun lang kung magbigay sila ng verdict... 😫😤

I dont think anyone can do this much like what Jaya did. Jaya is so different from other singers. Very distinct, at grabe, she can interpret the song on her own perfectly with her own rendition.

Pero after nun, hindi na siya nakapag produce ng albums ulit, puro cover nlng nung nasa gma siya, kaya ayun, hindi na siya masyadong kilala ng millenials. Pero, she remained still the undisputed Queen of soul 😍 Not to mention that she was very popular in the states before becausw of her song that charted in billboard, she had tours with brianMcNight, and some of these singers now, pero then after 4 in US, she quited because she already think she had enough.
