Minister Walrond is long winded while not saying nothing. She is talking like is ashamed to acknowledge that descendant of African slaves in Guyana are owed financial compensation for their free labor that they were forced to give during slavery.
The optic is disgusting. Why it is African Guyanese have to be used to defend the governing party whenever allegations of ethnic/racial discrimination are levied against the government. It is reminiscent of how the slave masters used Africans to enslaved Africans. The stuttering of these guys says it all. A battle with their consciences. Pathetic.
