TESTIMONY ABOUT THIS SONG. 😲
I was looking for a place to live when i found this song. This song broke me down and sent me to a place of prayer. I was struggling. Everything in this song is completely relevant to my life being 34 and from the streets ive seen it all and been there. So this song was a huge blessing and really spoke to me. This was a few months back as you can see my original comments on here. Long story short we went from friends houses to motels... And FINALLY, God blessed us with an apartment. We have been in our apartment for going on a month now. Today, i was watching this video again, and I noticed something. When he shut the motel door he was in room 116. MY ADDRESS IS 116!!!! It's like God showed me my blessing before I got it. It goes to show. In our darkest time, his plan is already written, we just gotta follow. Trust God. This is an important song to me so this was just really cool. Yall be blessed. 🙏

This song is so raw and pure, found myself crying over the depth and ache of these lyrics. Makes me think of the tax collector story where he’s praying at the temple and beats his chest, without even being able to lift his eyes and begs God for forgiveness because he’s a sinner…and it was this man who was justified by Jesus, while the Pharisee nearby only prayed in his own self-righteousness. I just have to believe Jesus loves this music. It’s contrite, it’s real, it’s raw and uplifting. I thank God for it.

I'm from Russia. I am very grateful to God for changing my husband's heart. My husband has always been against my faith (he is Orthodox). He even wanted to divorce me and take our daughter away. He constantly insulted Jesus, he thought we had a different Jesus, that we were heretics.I prayed that God would help him understand the essence of salvation. I prayed for twenty years, and gradually he changed, now he does not prevent my daughter and me from praying and professing Christ freely. He stopped drinking alcohol and smoking. He doesn't say he believes, but it shows. Brothers and sisters, Do not stop praying, no matter what circumstances, God is for you, He will do everything in the Name of Jesus.

This man is literally telling my life.
Man.. I lived a life at the bottom of a bottle, too sexuality, tons of hate in my heart ready to fight everybody.. Call it what it was, I was rolling with the devil with a demon on my shoulder. I went thru about 4 years were I was a monster. After I lost everything, literally everything, my son my life wouldnt talk to me anymore, my home, job, my self.. I was in a hotel looking for all the messages I could find about Jesus on youtube, crying, broken and on my keens begging God for help. He touched me that night. The desire to drink just vanished. While scrolling I found music from Nicky, Rare of Bread and others. God knew my love for music and sent me a message. This music got me thru the battles of my life and inspired me to take up the cross, AND HOLD ON TO IT.
You have no idea Nicky, how much your music helped keep me focused on the path. 3 years later, dry as a bone, I follow the path Jesus laid out for me, the Holy Spirit has become my comrade, and I KNOW the Father has my back as I go to battle with the devil.
God has a soldier of the Christ now, I'm a warrior thats been in the trenches more of my life, my armor has dents and scratches all over it, and I'm still here, fighting everyday so that when i die, I can hear the words; Good job my son, you kept the faith my faithful servant.

This song turned my life around because I took suffer from paranoid schizophrenia, and I'm an addict that has heard & seen things that I can't explain to anyone, but it's like you took the words out of my head and it gave me hope that I could live a normal life, and your song ultimately lead me to surrender my life and will to God!! I want to tell you thank you because you saved my life through our Lord Jesus Christ. I got out of rehab last Friday and I went to church Sunday for the first time since I can remember, and I'm in my Bible everyday and it's due to your music that touched not only my heart, but my soul. My brother, God is using you to reach other addicts, and it's working because I'm having everyone I know listen to your music and they love it. I was at Crown Recovery in Springfield, KY and there are around 650 brothers there and when they play your videos at church every single man there stand and sing & praise God. The best way I can describe suffering from schizophrenia is that it takes a person somewhere just south of hell, then when alcohol and drugs are added to the equation, hell would be like a vacation! Never been a spiritual or religious man, but when I seen demons hovering over me wanting to claim my soul, I prayed for God to help me and he did. I know I may sound crazy, and people have said that I was hallucinating, but I could actually feel their breath on my neck. My brother was on the streets as a heroin addict. I wrote him off for soo long because of the person he became. Then one day, after not praying for years, my wife and I prayed hard for my brother l. I cried out to God to save him and the very next morning my brother called my dad and asked for help. Today he has two kids, an awsome woman by his side, and a great job. GOD is great is all ways and his love is forever!

WOW, I'm reading all the comments and I too am so humbled that I too have made horrible choices leaving my kids behind over drugs and bad choices in general. I have definitely made a change over the last few months but it's been a long time coming and hearing this just resonates with everything in my life. It strengthens me fact that we are all forgiven and simple need to accept God's awesome grace and mercy of forgiveness!! To all struggling with any of the above issues give it to God, for only he can heal you.

This song hits so hard, ive been a believer all my life and ive always praised god and done what was right, but recently I drifted away and started sinning more and more, my girlfriend broke up with me and I got real depressed and I got myself wrapped up into all sorts of filth day to day, I would often get involved in bleak atmospheres and surround myself with bleak people and it Just depraved my mind, I would look at horrible websites and look at foul images and loads of things somebody shouldnt do. It turned my world upside down and I got involved in a seedy internet addiction and was unable to break it, then one day I stumble across christian hiphop again and i realised how far I went from god. I told him I was sorry for my sins and went to yeshua and It healed my pain in like the click of a finger, tysm christ and PRAISE GOD EVERY DAY!!! - john 3:16, for god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, though those who shall believe in him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life. I have pondered sharing this for many years. I haven't always tried to live a righteous lifestyle before God. When I was 2 weeks old, a very nice woman knocked on our door and asked my mother if we would be interested in coming to church. She said that she would pick us up in the church van. I went faithfully until I was 13. I learned scripture, enjoyed learning about God, but I never had an experience with Jesus. I looked forward to Sunday when I could break away from the world for those few hours. I met my wife when I was 15. We had a child when I was 17. I worked full time while still in high school. We had our own apartment but broke up shortly after he turned 6 months old. We tried to get back together but never had God in the mix and it wouldn't last. I was living a very ungodly lifestyle. I sold drugs, stolen merchandise, caught things on fire, treated women awfully, and did so many other things that I'm not proud of. My wife was pregnant with our second son. We were not together and I don't blame her. I totally missed out seeing him being born. It makes me cry every time I think about it. I was visited in a dream. I had never really read the Bible. I knew nothing of the book of Revelation or Daniel. There was no internet, cell phones, and if anyone had a computer, it was a green screen dial-up. I seen a man standing with his hands on his sides in the dream. He was moving his hands like a marionette with puppets. I didn't remember his face but I distinctly remember what he said. He said, "I'm Bill Gates and I own the gates of Hell." I seen everyone on the Earth receiving microchips in their hands upon which they were not allowed to go into a store without it. I had never heard of Bill Gates or microchips. I started telling people the dream and I was put in mental hospitals for 3 years. They said I had a chemical imbalance, could not handle stress, I would take medication for the rest of my life, and be owned by the state. They treated me like a guinea pig by testing all these medications on me. I didn't know God was protecting me. They always tried to get me to say that I heard voices. I would always reply that I didn't and after a couple days, they would have to release me. I never knew that they could have you committed for life, if you admit to hearing voices. I went to live with my dad and my step mom said that she didn't want to hear about Bill Gates and she didn't know what a microchip was. I went to a very scary mental hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. I seen people who said their head was going to blow up and some sounded like they were possessed by demons. It was very dark and gloomy in there. They put me on Haldol, which paralyzed my body. I couldn't walk, I couldn't talk, and I felt helpless. I didn't know this was a prayer at the time. I said, "Jesus! If you are real, not what the Bible says is real. Not what a pastor has said is real. Not what people have said is real. If you are who say you are, then not only will I get out of this hospital, I don't ever want to take a medication for the rest of my life, I don't ever want to be admitted to another hospital, I don't want to be owned by the state, I don't want to see psychiatrists, and I want to live a normal life. If you do that, I will live for you for the rest of my life." I didn't hold up my end of the bargain for another 3 years until I received His Holy Spirit on Pentecost Sunday. After saying that prayer, I knew what it meant in God's word that says God speaks in a small still voice. He impresses something on your heart that you know is not from you. He impressed on my heart, be quiet, this isn't the time. That was 26 years ago. I basically have had 2 jobs since then. I worked at Papa John's for 10 years as store manager until I took the job where I am at now. I have worked at Precision Strip for 16 years. I have never taken any medication, seen a psychiatrist, have not been admitted to mental hospital, and I live a normal life. Thank you, Jesus! I don't believe in psychics because that is practice of witchcraft. That is not of God. Joel 2:28 says in the last days old men will dream dreams and young men will see visions. Satan was able to twist that vision because I didn't have God's spirit living in me then. He healed my mind and didn't give me a spirit of fear. He gave me a sound mind. I have no doubt what I seen 29 years ago in a dream and visions for weeks after was a vision of the very near future. God has given me a warrior spirit to call out the evil in this present day. The Bible is the absolute truth. Every word will come to pass and that prophetic word is coming alive all around us. Jesus is the messiah and there is no other. He will split the Eastern sky and blind the eyes of the evil doers with the brightness of His coming. The Earth is crying out with birth pains for the coming of her King. Earthquakes, hurricanes, uncontrollable fires, tidal waves, raging seas, tornadoes, and a constant changing climate. He loves you and wants a relationship with you. His wish is that no one would perish but have eternal life through Him. The wages of sin is death and you must turn from it and repent. God is love and wants you to feel is amazing love. Once you feel His amazing love, you're never the same. Nothing in this world can fill the void that only God can fill. God's plan of salvation is for you. Please open your heart up to Him and start a relationship with Him today. 🙏📖🌎
What about weed? I smoke and feel God gave us every seed bearing plant but I am often conflicted that he did not give us weed to smoke and more of to use as tinctures and such. But I feel fearfully all the time because I worry if I am blocking God. Please let me know your advice. Obviously God is with each of us and speaks to each of us differently but I also know we each have truths and knowledge and that's why it's important to share.
@@scasper1991 I smoked weed for 24 years. I got straight A's in school. What I can say is when I laid everything down, I had never thought clearer than after I did that. I was given clarity to the word of God. I don't have it all figured out so I can't say the definitive using it is to your benefit. The Bible says that there is many things that are not bad but they are not profitable.

When you wipe the countertops, mop, & clear the trash you provide a clean environment which helps patients heal & head back towards health.
When you interact w/the patients and notice “something is off”you notify us quickly so we can intervene.
Housekeepers, Sanitation workers, and the like are core members of society-Guardians. You help keep us safe & healthy. That is an incredible gift & role. Don’t ever forget that.

Thank God I seen this. I really have been struggling with schizophrenia and I haven't been in a good place with The LORD.
At age 17 I was a pothead, drinker, selfish, jerk, disrespectful , without hope, suicidal....I went into the bathroom and stared myself in the eyes and asked myself "what are you doing with your life?!....you say you believe in God but nothing you do shows that's the case....you said you'd devote your life to god when you were younger but you havnt!"
At that moment Jesus came to me…he placed his hand on my shoulder and told me who he was and why the father sent him, he forgave me and said I needed to forgive myself, I broke down in tears of happiness, peace and freedom . I gave away everything I owned that day and devoted my life to Jesus. I’ve been following him ever since! I am now 34 , married with 4 kids and 1 on the way! Still praising and following him, I’ve had my ups and downs but I’ll never forget that day he came to me and saved me. I love you Jesus and am so grateful you went out of your way for me a selfish sinner.

Man. Wow. I have dealt with mental issues. I remember all the hardships from jail to mental hospitals and homelessness, but Jesus was and is working on me. I know that whatever you are dealing with god has a purpose and plan on your life. Bring your burdens to jesus and he will give you rest.

This definitely brought tears...I fight depression and other mental health issues every day of my life. I can relate to a lot of what was said. Because of unmanaged mental health I spent a total of 5 years in federal prisons and county jail with nowhere to turn and nobody's help. I was very young and out of control. My father lost our home because of addiction..he left state with the rest of the family and I was left behind, homeless.
I eventually got so tired and desperate for an escape so it didn't come to suicide...I cried out to God and said I don't know if you're real, and I don't know how to get out of this life so please get me out even if you gotta kill me or put me in prison! Weeks later I was arrested, wrong place wrong time...and I just knew it was my way out.. that was December 1st 2011. I've never gone back! I own my own home, 2 children, a good job and a God fearing husband! God is amazing! He will make a way!

People trip out cause I was evil for so many years,in and out of jails and prisons since I was a kid,drugs and alcohol that almost killed me and I still was a gang thinking fool!!! I thank God every day that He let me live. I never understood how people could change to the Lord Jesus Christ this way ,but I'm living it and it's so much better than all the gang, drugs, alcohol,hate, violence and retaliation!!! I'm at peace now and happy that Jesus saved me. All things are possible with the Lord Jesus Christ 🙏🙏🙏

Wow,....I am sorry to hear that. That had to be a huge struggle to overcome. My dad had addictions, struggled and had a rough life. I was always afraid that we would find him one day overdosed, or lose him in a wreck, something ....I didn't know how it would happened, but always felt I would lose him early....and I did at 19, but not an overdose,....he was shot a day after his 41st bday. It's hard to go on in life without a parent, so I can relate to ya.
