Love Alice Cooper. Still have my Killer and Billion Dollar Babies albums, i bought as a teenager. Saw him this last summer at Pine Knob (DTE music theater) in Clarkston Michigan and a cpl yrs ago at the same place. Both shows were EXCELLENT!!

You should have mentioned the Killer album from 71. That was my first Cooper album, and it went platinum.. Great album and I've been a fan every since. I'm seeing him live this Saturday night. Amazing guy. Not many from that era can still sing and front a band.

The computer bot announcer really needs to learn how to pronounce Alice’s real last name. I can’t stand to listen to announcers like this. Plus Alice got married in 1976 not 1975.
I'm not sure on that, but it does seem to me that it became more the "horror" specifically type show after he went solo. When it was the band it was dark and disturbing, but more gritty and dirty. After he went solo to me is when it turned more Halloween, Trick 'r Treat type deal.
