Bayonne in French and Baiona in Basque and Gascon is a city and commune and one of the two sub-prefectures of the department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of southwestern France. It is located at the confluence of the Nive and Adour rivers in the northern part of the cultural region of the Basque Country. Bayonne is alongside Biarritz the seat of the CA Pays Basque. This is also the southern part of Gascony, where the Aquitaine basin joins the beginning of the Pre-Pyrenees.
Together with nearby Anglet, Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and several smaller communes, Bayonne forms an urban area with 304,890 inhabitants at the 2017 census; 51,228 residents lived in the city of Bayonne proper. It is also a part of Basque Eurocity Bayonne-San Sebastián.

I was intrigued by your comment, which is not common. Can you explain why you think that you are observing a drug deal? The interaction between the two people involved lasts at least 20 seconds, you can see the two standing together at least from 36:11 on. In broad daylight. In the middle of the street. In a pedestrian area in the centre of a posh city. Without any indication that either party tries to hide something. All this doesn't seem to fit a drug deal. And I won't beat around the bush: would you have made this comment if both people involved were white?
@@mrseidelbast First and foremost Bayonne is NOT a posh city by any standards. The deal takes place in the centre in broad daylight and there's no need to hide anything as the city is totally corrupted. And yes one of them IS white! Or what do you think they are doing? Do you think that old man is selling skittles or easter eggs? Don't be ridiculous...
@@kimriley2491 I think it's not a coincidence, that you haven't answered my question: What makes you think that this is a drug deal? We simply see two people have some sort of interaction, we only see the end of this interaction, and it is impossible to see what they hold in their hands. Why out of all the possible reasons for such interaction you come to the conclusion that it is a drug deal?

1. Body language suggests that the parties don't know each other (standing sideways, considerable distance kept, not facing each other)
2. Visible part of interaction is rushed
3. Invisibly small item passed
4. No eye contact or any other friendly gestures (waving or smiling) made when parting.
I'd really like to know what you think could be happening there other than a drug deal.
