BREAD DOUGH
500g plain flour --2 teaspoon yeast --2 teaspoon salt
2 table spoon olive oil ---warm water
FILLING --2 tsp olive oil
1 onion chopped finely ----400g can of diced tomatoes
55g pitted olives ---oregano
200g diced ham or bacon
200 g diced mozzarella cheese ----salt. & pepper
200 deg 30 t0 40 mins
