Those were almost my first Zildjian hi hats, but the drum shop owner convinced me to get the 14" quick beats he had on hand at a decent price at the time. I still kinda regret the decision, but money was tight.
Uwe...your videos just keep getting better and better! The 15 New Beats sound great! I have 14 New Beats and 15 Zildjian K Lights for my hats and love them both. Wish I had as many cymbals at my disposal as you do. :-) Was that a 20 Kerope you took out with you along side the road? Thanks for the post!
@@uwepetersen I recently added (and enjoyed very much) the Flat Tire Shuffle after watching your video to my repertoire of Chicago, Texas and Jazz Ride shuffles that I picked up from a recent Keith Carlock UA-cam video. I've been jamming with some blues guys lately and these shuffles have come in awfully handy. Thanks for the cymbal info. Peace!
Thanks! It's a 16" K Dark Thin Crash in Brilliant finish from 2006, the one on the right is a 17". Unfortunately Zildjian dose not offer the K crashes in brilliant finish anymore.
Excellent demo!
Ach du sch.... Hammer!!!
Holy shit... !! That sounds awesome... the cymbals and the drums too... 😁

The Quickbeats are also fine, but never let a shop owner tell you what cymbals to buy. Trust your ears! Thanks for watching.
g-r-e-a-t micro time in the clean and @ same time ideas with a feel

Bought these a couple weeks ago. Don't like them. 500$ down the drain. Anyone have 15" Paiste 2002 they want to trade yell at me. USA only.
