The idea of the conversation wad to put the other side of perspective. Since, developers can easily be bashed but there's some truth in their side of narrative too. I future episode with developer you will see myself taking a different side. Guess that's what would bring a balanced conversation?

I have 20 years of experience in real estate industry and I can tell you that you guys have no clue how real estate functions and what are the challenges that the developers go through . Real estate brokers are ESCORTS ?? Really dude ? You are saying they have no role in primary sales ? Are you talking about your one time experience with a road side broker who was gone when you reached site with him and had no market knowledge ? Boss.. my clients have saved tons of money just bcoz if they were introduced directly to the developer they would made a fool out of them and closed at a miuch higher price . There is a reason why brokers exists like any other profession . People always say bad things about brokers when they are stuck but iv never seen people mentioning or talking high about brokers when they make amazing gains on their investments . Industry definitely needs lots of transparency but till the time govt doesn't interfere it won't happen .

Vishal, I liked your idea of having big barrier to entry for builders. But keep in mind more supply in homes leads to price correction, small buyer should benefit, I recommend everybody to be a builder and build homes more than required. Price adjustment will happen in the future. If there is Big barrier to entry, the monopoly game will be so big, they will run the states.
