the same happened to me when I stayed in a 5 star hotel... It was due to a flight delay and the airways staff sent me to a hotel since the flight was late but the hotel was free of charge and so I piled up everything in fridge and took shampoo, soap and everything but when I got out they asked for a bill for the items I took... And I also tried to get in the hotel swimming pool but as I was getting ready they told me that it was time for check out 😂😂😂
