Coach congrats on the new job, and love learning this RPO material as young coach who spends most of his time on defense. Would love to see a video on how you as a coach prepare for an RPO/Air Raid packaged play style offense on the defensive side of things.

By any chance, do you have the option of changing the Dart to the first one you showed (Reading DE) vs a 6-Man Box 1 High Structure? Looks like it could be run pretty well with the same concepts of doubling up to a LB with the center and play side guard, inviting the rush of the tech and the pulling tackle leading up iso to an ILB. I guess it looked pretty good on paper and "the perfect world" as you called it... Still able to have WR rules block backside or even stretch the field vertically. Thoughts about it? THANKS!
Coach, instead of dart, try power. You said you don't like running the dart to the 3 5 side because of 1 on 1 blocks. Put in sniffer, double down on the 3 and kick the 5. Now you've got a good front side run and can still tag any option you want for the pro on the backside.
Awesome video once again coach, great detailed insight. Anyway you condense the length though? As you know coaching is incredibly time consuming, takes me a combined 3-5 seatings to finish your videos Nonetheless, great stuff keep it up
Coach, are you shelving pistol and using shotgun instead this year? If so, why? if so im guessing it has something to do with shotgun RPOs being better lol.
+Thomas MacPherson gotcha. what were the specific technical and tactical issues? was it issues unique to hs football or was it stuff that would be an issue regardless of what level you are dealing with? I know thats a lot to ask, if you dont want to disclose all of that I understand, just curious, we might have some of the same issues with pistol zeer. congrats on the new job! hope you can play baker county and beat them! lol

How was tag used, it usually is an add on to a play like a route combination.

Thinking of going back to inside zone instead of zeer, don't like pistol zone stuff.
