Nice bro you cause you made simple such a complicated system in motor car even which is so majic that we can found in any machine planetary pinion gears seats

Fantastic Video! Now could you please, on a more currently relevant note, do a video explaining the torque handling and handover graphs of the ZF8-HP during up-shifts? I NEED to know how torque is handed over from one shift element to the next while preventing the reduction of gross torque at the output. I have used one, and I can tell you that it sequesters some inertia from the rotating assembly in order to negate the torque absorbed by the interference of the Element-Handover. There is no fly-wheel though, so sequestering inertia must be quite difficult. I have had an idea that keeping the converter clutch locked all through the up-shift, could provide a "virtual flywheel mass", because the weight of the converter case and the fluid contained therein would constitute a decent inertia on the crank shaft. That inertia would be instantly and totally lost if the clutch were to unlock for a moment, but if kept locked it could equal the inertia of a real flywheel. I'm told that the closeness of the ratios, in combination with a very large deflection radial deflector in the converter, provides enough elasticity to keep the clutch engaged through the up-shift. Thus providing a flywheel-like inertia through the shift. I understand this very well, what i don't understand is the handover graph where for ex: k1 transfers to k2, how does theta Out not slip relative to theta In.... Oh hang on... A 64-bit 14000Mhz processor could perform Torque-Vectored control over the IN-shaft speed to the OUT-shaft speed. Torque-Vectored management of the IN and OUT shafts during an up-shift could, in theory, perform a handover which impels all of the inertia to overcome the interference and the excess into the output speed.

Is it possible to get the STL file for this? Im working on a report for a specific Ravigneaux gearset for school and this would help me explain my work. Thanks in advance :)

Hello Tommy. My name is Steve. I teach at Centennial College in Toronto, Canada. Can you please tell me where I can get the STLs for this model. I would like to print them to use in my Year 2 Drivetrains Course. Thank you for your time.
