Everywhere I've read shows a Western human's urine at 11-2-4 for the NPK ratio. It's considered a solid organic fertilizer in its own right. The differences in temperature are surely due to the fact that each bale is an organic, manually collected composite of whatever happened to be growing or on the ground with it when it was cut.
Very odd! I'm in the middle of an experiment involving urine myself. I had 3 large piles of grass clippings from last summer that I added to every week but never bothered with wetting. Just whatever nature gave. As a result I had 3 piles of mulch instead of compost so I filled a large bathtub with some and added a couple bags of gardening soil to make a worm bin. The other two piles Ive been turning one a week and keeping wet but I am adding urine into one just to see if it helps compost it. O yeah.. I added a little cow manure to the two piles also. Who knows right? 😎
Zack, we buy our Green House supplies wholesale here in Spokane Valley at Wilbur Ellis. We buy our different meals there. There is also a really good worm farm here.
Mix urine 1 to 10 with water. Water with it every 4 days to a week. When conditioning straw, water as usual and reduce the amount of soluble granular fertilizer. It absolutely works. I use urine every year.
Hey Zack, I am interested in taking over your channel name. I see that you haven’t posted in a while… I’m also a “Zack” of all trades and would love to continue making videos for this channel. Are you interested in selling the name?

Can’t wait to see the results!
What were your results? I’m getting ready to condition my bales and am also having a hard time finding directions on how to do this with urine??
Would love to hear the outcome. I watched this video and now you've left me hanging.....
What has happened to you my friend? Hope you start making videos again.

def fluid the same used in diesel truck pollution systems is 32.5-0-0 a real cheap source of nitrogen worth looking into.
Can you please link to your results? Also I was unclear on blood meal vs feather meal?

You left us hanging Zack. So how did it go?
🙏nice, can’t wait to see what happens 🍀
I don/t know if it helps, but around here all the coffee shops give away their used grounds free. From Starbucks to the local mom and pop places.
New math problem for the kids. Okay 30 bails of hay, how many liters of pee do we need?
COME BACK ZAC!
Where is Zac!?!
You need to be on more often sir
I always use urine diluted 1:10 with water 😊. Just pee in a bucket until you have enough. Better for it to be a few days old 👍
Without the beard you sort of look like Gerald McRaney.
Lol yeah I agree
so any results video??
Any news on an update?
Update?
Why not be a bit of a mad scientist and try it all on one bail and monitor one with the rest. Sometimes a mixture might help
an update please
Happy April 1st.
Urine is a good fertilizer, I have used it in a ratio of one unit of urine to 10 units of water, once a week. It gives good results.
I was guessing eggplant
