The birkin is made from alligator skin which needs a CITES certification just to own. Which is a certification that proves that the item that you own that the animal wasn’t illegally killed for its hide. So let’s say you want to travel internationally with the bag, you HAVE to provide the certificate to prove that the bag isn’t illegal. And if you can’t prove it the bag will be confiscated and not given back. So it doesn’t say if the bag has its certificate, so imagine spending that much money on a bag only to have it seized due to lack of a CITE certificate. (Edit: the bag is originally sold with the CITES and companies that resell these kinds of bag also include the CITES, that’s why Kim’s is so bad)
I forget the tik tokkers name but he is a Hermes Birkin collector and historian and he talked about the Kim Birkin and spoke about the CITE certificate. Plus the fact that the bag is not in the best condition
Hear me out,… I’ve seen people do unboxing from their store and people would get low key upset when they would get something brand new with tags. Serious question. Is Kylie actually a billionaire? Because if you Google her net worth it doesn’t say billion it says million and Forbes released an article stating her billionaire claims were falsified by the family.
They could have just made a pop-up and give the proceeds to charity. There even are charity-run stores where you can just bring the clothes to (and you get nothing in return“ 😂 the GREEEED is insane!
The thing about the cake thing is its not like Kylie is buying the cake with her own money. Its on the company dime which means that for events/promotions etc there is a budget that goes into place and they have to stick to that. The prices they are selling their used clothes for tho is absolutely ridiculous. (The unworn clothes i could see selling as collectors pieces) Imagine if they auctioned these pieces off for charity? and the birkin???? smh
They’re looking to cash in on offering items at all price points so that the “average” person with less disposable cash can say they bought from such and such item from the Kardashians. Greedy marketing for sure.
If people are complaining about them overpriced then stop buying their crap. Everything they sell is overpriced because people continue to go gags and buy it. Stop it.
Lisa Vanderpump donates her DESIGNER clothes to women's shelters Also countless dollars for saving dogs. She owns Vanderpump dogs Ive never seen her act greedily. I admire lisa and ken as they are charitable, the Kardashians are NOT charitable, just plain greedy

😂😂😂😂😂 the fact that people are angry about this is ridiculous. You’re buying from sKammers, and you’re surprised?? Keep your money, in this economy? You’re going to need it, invest in pieces that make sense not this junk
Plus without the paperwork(which apparently has been lost) bc it's made out of alligator skin will be taken off you once you cross certain statelines. Lol
They make Birkins every year and Hermes selects who gets to buy them. I think they got a lawsuit because a wealthy lady kept spending at their store to get priority on the Birkin list but they never offered it to her. Hermes usually sells them to well known people mostly 🤷
I know the example of people not knowing their own self-worth. There’s nothing extraordinary about that family or special… So people can continue wasting their money lol.
How DARE THEY not give mercari and poshmark 10-20% of their sales!! 🤡🤣 come on now. That’s the BEST way to actually sell your items; CREATING YOUR OWN WEBSITE!!! And it’s clear the Kardashians don’t sell them, their team does. I love seeing people but second hand, even if it’s this way.
@@joyw7902 their team is pricing everything, and I doubt they actually care. If the clothes they don’t care enough about don’t sell, they will just donate them.
I don’t blame the Kardashians for doing what they’re doing. People are literally treating these random women as if they’re gods. I’d be taking advantage of that too, b/c clearly people are dumb 🙄
I checked the closet website and the prices are ridiculous! I wonder how the people who bought from them could afford that. I rather buy something new for that price
Part of the reason rich people seem so bizarrely greedy is that the human brain cannot accurately comprehend numbers like 1 billion, 500 million, etc. So instead of thinking, "I have more money than I could possibly spend," they continuously want more, more, more. (There's also the issue of political power and being able to spend more than competitors on lobbying, but that's not very applicable to the Kardashians afaik)
I don't see a problem with them reselling stuff. Better than throwing it away or storing for eternity. Any price you pay for a birkin is way too much imo for a damn handbag, but considering how much money you have to pump into hermes to even get considered for a birkin 70k is lowkey still a steal. It shouldn't shock us that the kardashians are out of touch when it comes to money and pricing tho and i don't think us regular folks are the target audience anyway
People are selling cans of mountain air…. Didn’t someone sell their bath water, chewed gum?? The problem isn’t them selling their used stuff, but rather the people that are allowing this to happen by purchasing them
I spent $800 on my son’s 5th birthday cake (it was a very special cake and we don’t do that all the time) … I don’t understand - those cakes look amazing and worth the price.
Damn it! I was buying their stuff for cheap and now I feel like their Ego’s will have them stop donating and selling their clothes. Even the good wills near their home are amazing. Plus I think the stylist or whoever sells the clothes keeps the money so it’s a second hand business that helps many. I wish every celebrity with more clothes than they can remember would do this.
How dumb can people be ,, I doubt any of those clothes were worn by them ,, it’s prob all dupes and they are charging double ,, all those women are laughing all the way to the bank lol
The prices are set as they are because there IS people that will buy such overly priced items just because they are super fans. When the fans stop buying the prices will go down. Bet those $7 leggings got sold. People just want to find something to complain about. If you don’t like the price of something just don’t buy it.
I think, it’s not them trying to sell this target stuff, rather they’ve given their staff some incentive to sell them and maybe keep a percentage of it instead of paying an actual bonus or something. Definitely they wouldn’t care about selling 50$ used clothes and seeing the money. They’re just replacing staff compensation with this suit . Just a thought
I don't think the Kardashians are making good money so they are relying on selling quick schemes. One product after the other to make a quick buck. They are actually going broke.
I bet they use the money from their K Kloset as the wages for their assistants, so those assistants are gonna price those things for as much as they can get 🤣

The prices they are selling their used clothes for tho is absolutely ridiculous. (The unworn clothes i could see selling as collectors pieces) Imagine if they auctioned these pieces off for charity? and the birkin???? smh
They need the money for all of the plastic surgeries, Botox, fillers. Most of those items were sent to them for free. They are trashy!
It's nothing but their strategy to stir the pot 😅
They’re looking to cash in on offering items at all price points so that the “average” person with less disposable cash can say they bought from such and such item from the Kardashians. Greedy marketing for sure.
I feel like since 2021-2022 people stop giving af about celebrities and influencers everyone of these people have been on there downfall.
If people are complaining about them overpriced then stop buying their crap. Everything they sell is overpriced because people continue to go gags and buy it. Stop it.
The reason is desperation. They KNOW what is coming. They need to pay to survive.
Yes
Their selling used clothes most designer’s send them for FREE to exposure and market their brand. Not cool…
This family is infamous for being cheap, tacky, classless… idk why this surprised ppl
Why are we pretending people won’t pay top dollar for their used underwear? They’re celebrities and people will pay
Here is an idea don’t buy from them what did y’all expect 😂
I have been noticing lately Kylie has been doing ads for a random mobile game and was so confused as to why she’d need to do that, and now I see this
Lisa Vanderpump donates her DESIGNER clothes to women's shelters
Also countless dollars for saving dogs. She owns Vanderpump dogs
Ive never seen her act greedily. I admire lisa and ken as they are charitable, the Kardashians are NOT charitable, just plain greedy
I loved the laugh after saying Dirty Birkin
Look this website exists because PEOPLE ARE PAYING ....so either dont buy or do. People need to get over their celebrity obsessions.
I know this might be a crazy concept, but just don't buy their sh!t lol. They get away with it because people will actually buy it. Don't understand the problem here.
This family doesn’t give a toss about anyone outside of themselves
😂😂😂😂😂 the fact that people are angry about this is ridiculous. You’re buying from sKammers, and you’re surprised?? Keep your money, in this economy? You’re going to need it, invest in pieces that make sense not this junk
Let’s just hope it’s true
Burkin don't make purses since the 70s so it is very rare. And I think the value goes down when restored
Plus without the paperwork(which apparently has been lost) bc it's made out of alligator skin will be taken off you once you cross certain statelines. Lol
Not true. Hermès produces a limited quantity of its Birkin bags each year
They make Birkins every year and Hermes selects who gets to buy them.
They were doing ads for the simple online game “coin master”
kylie releasing a new brand everyday this week 🫣🫣
How DARE THEY not give mercari and poshmark 10-20% of their sales!! 🤡🤣 come on now. That’s the BEST way to actually sell your items; CREATING YOUR OWN WEBSITE!!! And it’s clear the Kardashians don’t sell them, their team does. I love seeing people but second hand, even if it’s this way.
i mean the website isn’t the main issue here, it’s up charging because they owned it. super wild to me 😂
@@joyw7902 their team is pricing everything, and I doubt they actually care. If the clothes they don’t care enough about don’t sell, they will just donate them.
... Or they could donate them
@@doeeyes2they don’t have to if they don’t want to
@@doeeyes2 I’m sure they do with the vast majority of things! Those Zara kids clothes won’t sell, and they’ll eventually be donated.
They have had this website for a while and have sold some other expensive items on it… so not sure why this is making news 😅😂
She literally said “For years now..” in this video 🫠
I don’t blame the Kardashians for doing what they’re doing. People are literally treating these random women as if they’re gods. I’d be taking advantage of that too, b/c clearly people are dumb 🙄
I don’t feel bad for people who feel cheated/robbed by the Kardashians. Their shady and thieving ways are well known and documented.
Greedy people.
I checked the closet website and the prices are ridiculous! I wonder how the people who bought from them could afford that. I rather buy something new for that price
I wonder how many of these clothes they actually bought.
I would be embarrassed to wear their clothes
I think the used Saint Laurent sandals are worse than the Birkin bag!!
No one is forcing you to buy their stuff. If you think it’s too expensive, don’t buy it. Simple.
I’m so happy that TMZ doesn’t report on these people anymore…these people are scam artist who look for any loophole to rip people off.
With their lifestyles , I’d be shocked if they weren’t going broke
Theyre so broke I think theyre about to sacrifice Scott Disick...Run Scott Run!
They should just donate.
The Kardashians having no idea what people want, yet again😮💨
ABSOLUTELY TRIFLING!
Kylie is not a billionaire. She never has been. Neither is Kim.
Just don’t buy it how hard is that? And there won’t be any complaints, easy. that’s how you know it’s authentic lol
Why would you buy them clothes????😂😂😂😂
At least she stated the bag was dirty.
It probably shouldve been cleaned before sale.
The target leggings 😂 the dirty purse description also says it doesn’t come w a certification and it’s still that much?
Hermes doesn't certify their bags anymore. The ultra fakes are too good that they can't certify their own stock anymore.
When it’s directly purchased from the store, doesn’t it come with papers?
It’s giving “here peasants buy my stuff”
I cant believe they're selling their clothes for double the price!! *Still buys it*
I will be forever grateful for never a cent of my money buying nothing from this family. Although I have to say their marketing is genius.
I don't think the Kardashians are making good money so they are relying on selling quick schemes. One product after the other to make a quick buck. They are actually going broke.
I bet they use the money from their K Kloset as the wages for their assistants, so those assistants are gonna price those things for as much as they can get 🤣
They’ve always sold their old stuff. A lot of celebs do. Hell, tons of them have Poshmark accounts 😅
