Ulilili is a Wandering Tattler, you showed the picture of a Kolea that is a Pacific Golden Plover It is brown throughout the winter but changes to black breeding plumage in spring. Both birds are mentioned in Izzy's version but it is the Ulilili that has the characteristic whistle.
