Great build as always! In most open malls like this, there would be a pretty large restaurant area with different chain restaurants and maybe a few locally owned options as well. Keep up the good work!

i think it'd be good to set the spawn points of all the buildings to one central hub, not to clutter all the mall with trucks and make it a bit more flowing for cars and pedestrians

Amazing detailing. I really like the office-like thing. And I like that you chose a building to build instead of just zoning. Another thing i like is the cinema. It feels spot on having a cinema there. And i like that you add details on it, and not just place stuff outside it. More details on the buildings!!! 😀

hay great mall was hoping you would put in a movie theatre. A few things' thing it needs to be ADA compliant and there is no way they would not have posters on that big back wall or other signage . I hope the mall get some public transit .

I imagine it would be very difficult but is it possible to build out a residential area that has no roads. Only mode of transportation is mass?
When the new dlc comes out it will become possible the main issue now is deliveries so buildings would go abandoned without roads. Great idea though!

If you want to have some crazy and bigger mall ideas, you can view how malls that we have in Philippines looks like, especially SM Mall of Asia. You can even make a grand mall such as that a both a tourist and residential high-rise area with amusement parks. The malls you designed right are reminiscent of the small but high-end fashion malls that we here in the Philippines, which looks a lot like that. If you wanna go ham, I suggest going for the mall designed I suggested, with mall heights, including indoor parking lots, that are stories high (about twice or thrice as high as the one you made, and twice the length of the area you did, excluding outdoor parkings, plazas and high-rise residential area.
I think the perfect area for that would be on the east side of the map sitting near your international airport, since that would also be near to both the capitol and the business district, which is where how shopping malls here in our country are usually built.
Plus points if you make that adjacent grand plaza area and residential skyrise near the beach because then you could make a world-resort town, with the grand shopping mall complex acting as the biggest social hub of the whole city, where most of the cultural exchange between local and international. You might even want to erect a national monument on the grand plaza there for the added flair.
Oh, I didn't notice and forgot that there is already an industrial next to the airport, so the best places would be right besides the capitol, or where you are planning the coastal town. Probably make that coastal town look like an international port city, like Subic City here in the Philippines.

The trailer that were set on the back of Costco and another building are backwards. Also for a little more realistic feel, if you have them, make those trailers white. Costco, Best Buy and some Target trailer are white and unmarked to reduce theft. Use to haul for all 3 big box store. Now I haul Wal-Mart ☺️

In the large NW region (2:33, top left), you could try to do a master planned suburban community. I lived in a city called the woodlands in tx when i was younger and its stunningly beautiful how a city can look when everything is tucked back off the main roads, hidden behind trees so when you turn down roads you reveal beautiful shopping plazas and nicely designed homes. just a fun thought. always great content!!

The roads I found by searching for parking lot roads and the buildings I got a while back. For some reason steam is having an issue updating my workshop list. I'll jump into the game here tomorrow and look them up 😀
