The eldreflower cordial

My first video so bare with me , I will get better :)
For the recipe you will need:
40-50 elderflower heads
5 lemons
3l of hot water
1kg white sugar or honey (I used half half so it makes healthier option)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. boil the water with sugar
2. put the elderflowers in the toll jar and add 1 sliced lemon , and juice from the rest
3. pour the sweet water over the elderflowers and leave covered for 48h , then strain through clean muslin cloth (lining a colander over a big bowl)
4. keep in the fridge
