That's what I'd like to know too, because my coils last all round except the back, I wake up with it looking like a pancake mess😂.

At night I sleep in a satin pillow case. And in the morning I let the steam from the shower revive my curls. After the shower, I rub a little oil in my palms and rub it through my hair. Then I pick and fluff until I get the desired look.

Thanks you Kenyatta! I have worked out a couple of times with this style. When I did workout, the sides of my hair that aren’t long enough to coil got a little frizzy. I just reapplied some foam to help with that.
