I know sleep is incredibly important for mental health, but I despise losing so much time doing "nothing." I could be using that time for education, learning a skill, practicing a hobby or entertaining myself. Even when I do get a solid 8+ hours of REM sleep, I still feel exhausted.
I want to get much sleep but when i woke up i will felt loss, it's a kind of sense where i think i have much lost so much my time for doing nothing despite what im doing outside sleeping can be called as wasting as well
